Hello,
Can I compare the two The Ascendant/ Rising Sign two people, but I do not know the hours of birth to any person (that does not know exactly) :-( f.e: for purposes of comparison of these two The Ascendant / Rising Sign two people can I take the same hour of birth for example, f.e: the same hour 12 am? It's because of the difference in the Ascendant, change Approximately every 2 hours depending on the same location of birth - these people..
Of course there may be differences in the time of birth of these people, but is it relevant in this comparison?

Ascendant course :-)It is simply a mathematical probability that two people Ascendant is the same or almost the same, not knowing the exact time of their birth. Assuming the horoscope, therefore, that these two people born at 12 pm or midnight (simplifying it) Is some way to the Ascendant (eg adopted for an hour North) two people agree, someone with this meeting? and it often happens that the Ascendant two people agree?
