Vajra, how do you feel about free will? I am starting to be more and more an adept of the determinism theory, which states that a unique person with a unique background and unique experiences will always choose the same thing, based on the previous experiences that he or she has gone through.
And I know that in astrology there is low Scorpio energy and high Scorpio energy, for instance, but can a person who hasn't gone through certain stages of evolution access the higher octave of the planet?
