From my POV loads of passive aggressive men are hitting on women/leading them on/playing mind games... all with the help of FB/whatsapp/social media... dating game has changed a lot. Among my gal friends im noticing more women going after what they cant have... and men have mastered the art of ignoring texts! Its not fun to watch at all... girls night outs have become obsessively checking the mobile nights..

Physical cheating wouldn't bother me at all, since I place such little importance on physical things.
Whereas emotional cheating would hurt me.

So yes, they are completely different things in my book. Pretty disconnected actually.

Girl who cheated with the Virgo and on her husband is a Leo sun, Virgo Venus and Mars, not conjunct, however.

How Venus (and Mars) are aspected are the only ways to KIND of determine someone's ability to cheat.

It would be like going only by Sun sign to determine your compatibility with another person. As we all know, that's not enough.

Venus sign IS about how we love, but cheating and being a player cannot be classified by that alone. It's about conflicting energies in your chart. It's about sex drive and attraction. If someone needs freedom (shown by a number of factors in their chart), that will also play a part.

I think Linda described it perfectly, when she said something to the effect that no-one but "the one" will truly touch their soul..and if that should happen to break, they're truly devastated beyond comprehension. Libras can gel with almost anyone, which makes the danger of 'settling' for a convenient love more prominent. If one is not 100% into the person one is with, that's where all the troubles begin.

I know what you mean. I too would find it easier to forgive a one-time physical mistake than an emotional affair (even with no physical component whatsoever). Scorp mars thing, eh? Emotionally-fueled commitment. With emotional cheating, you're messing with the soul of the relationship, with the intangible bond that's central to being with someone. It cuts the soul on a much deeper level.

I get what people are saying, 'coz my number 1 deal breaker is cheating - and granted, both types are extremely hard to get past. But I would consider staying with the person if there were no feelings involved with the cheating (+extenuating circumstances). I guess people would find this hard to understand ~ perhaps we could discuss why we think one is worse than the other on a thread for emotional cheating vs physical cheating? JK!!

he use to have 3 girlfriends at once while i was growing up. cheated on my mom almost instantly and ive never seen him actually committed to just one person. he gets starry eyed and infatuated immediately anytime he sees a pretty lady. but when hes with the women hes entirely focused and gives them anything they want materially it seems.

i know another libra venus, scorpio sun who is also a player, but his libra venus is conj his libra moon.. hes very secretive about his love affairs, he constantly has new girlfriends. his Neptune is also conj his asc.

i have met a lot of Neptune/pisces influenced people who were cheaters. maybe its the sign/planets boundary-lessness that gets it in accidental trouble since it acts on emotions and seems to absorb into its surroundings..i find Neptune to be rather indulgent at times to a fault..it easily gets caught up in the moment

scorpio too might not be able to resist the desire.. but will do so secretively as to not get caught.

Mars/aries i think is super impulsive and can end up cheating. my best friend is an aries with her venus/moon/merc all conj in aries in the 12th, she is so promiscuous!! her mars is in gemini also.. so maybe that's why her affections can be spread out but she will be seeing multiple guys until she makes one official.. if she does. and even then i feel like she can easily be swayed to another attractive guy haha.
