I think to answer your question with greater specificity it would help to know your gender, if you're okay with disclosing that.

But generally speaking, give yourself time to integrate these very different archetypal energies. Venus-Saturn usually has their most significant romantic relationship later in life. It's an aspect of a late bloomer.

There needs to be a balance struck between security vs. freedom needs. Most likely, your relationships will reflect any conflict or harmony achieved between these drives.

If you can be flexible and open to non-conventional relationships rather than trying to conform to outside cultural values, you may find this works better for you.

The more unconscious you are of your patterns and needs, the more you're likely to have negative experiences in relationship. The more aware and conscious of your patterns and needs you are and the more you work on yourself the more successful your relationships will be.

Because Uranus and Neptune are outer planets in major aspect to your Venus, I suggest having an outlet other than a romantic and personal relationship to express your heart and emotional nature. This would mean a broader context that focuses on social, artistic, humanitarian, or spiritual objectives.

I'm 28 female I do have a hard time when It comes to relationships and friendships also. I was told that the Venus sqaure Uranus aspect can make me fall for unavailable people. Or that it might make me self deceiving. What do you suggest that I focus on career wise?

Yes, that is one manifestation of Venus-Uranus. But as I said, whatever you meet on the outside is a reflection of something inside yourself. If you have a pattern of getting involved with unavailable partners, it's likely that on some level your unavailable. Sometimes Venus-Uranus can point to early family experiences of separation or absence of bonding, which then gets repeated later in life. Combined with Saturn-Venus, you may have had painful experiences which make it difficult for you to form close relationships and friendships. There may be defenses against being vulnerable and opening up to people for fear of pain and loss. But you can overcome these tendencies if you have the desire and the motivation.

This is Venus-Neptune. If this is true of you and you know this about yourself, you're already one step ahead. Since it's hard for most if not all of us to see ourselves clearly, it helps to get input from other people whose judgment you trust.

Another thing about Venus-Saturn in a woman's chart that has a bearing on relationships is her relationship to her own femininity. Venus-Saturn can sometimes indicate a discomfort with the female body/gender or a woundedness around femininity that can adversely affect relationships as well.

That's a good question. To answer it would require looking at your birth chart. There's a section on the site for personal readings, if you're interested.
