Yes, that is one manifestation of Venus-Uranus. But as I said, whatever you meet on the outside is a reflection of something inside yourself. If you have a pattern of getting involved with unavailable partners, it's likely that on some level your unavailable. Sometimes Venus-Uranus can point to early family experiences of separation or absence of bonding, which then gets repeated later in life. Combined with Saturn-Venus, you may have had painful experiences which make it difficult for you to form close relationships and friendships.
