I don't think there's a specific moment. I think astrology provides opportunity though. If it's there, you can seize it, but if you're too busy working or doing something else, it will slip by you.

I met my husband while the transiting sun was conjunct with my natal Venus. I also had several planets in the 7th house of my solar return for that year.

From what I've read:

Solar arc venus conj sun.

Solar arc sun cj venus.

Transit outer planets on natal venus.

etc...

For my s.o and I, it was jupiter return, solar arc venus conj natal sun, Tr pluto on natal sun, Tr uranus oppose venus.

From what I see across the boards, generally no one can look at their chart and predict 'Ah, so this year I will meet him/her!' - it's more in hindsight that we all look back and see it. Because what some interpret as 'Love' transit, can actually also manifest or come in the form of financial changes to your life, career changes, changes to your looks - a new beauty or diet/fitness regimen, etc. So you really can't know for sure what brings someone into your life, which is kind of the beauty of the universe/astrology in general.

What I always look for is what has already happened, rather than attempting to predict the next year of my life. One year, it looked like I was bound to meet my soul mate, and I never did that year. I dated and had some romance, sure, but it was just not the time for me (and secretly I knew that).

The year I met my current man (whom I do believe is a soul mate), I didn't expect to at all, and was focusing solely on career. I was in the final year of my Saturn Rx. And actually, when we met, there was not a lot other than Neptune/venus going on at the time (but for HIM there was a TON of energy showing he was meeting someone around when he met me - and he definitely felt like he fell in love with me that same night. I took longer).

That being said, though, last year my SR showed that there was a significant love happening, and that made much more sense. The year before, he and I dated but I broke it off many times (Like I said - I was not ready). When I eventually gave into him, he became the love of my life, and THAT showed up in a ton of ways in my SR. I think I had a big cradle between 5H and 7H in that chart, with Venus in my 5H aspecting the 7H ... I can't remember but I will look for it. Also, I started a Neptune conj. Venus transit last year around this time. It has opened my eyes.

And both of us had
Natal Moon square tSaturn
Natal Mercury conjunct turanus&neptune
Natal Venus conjunct tUranus&neptune

We met online originally
It's weird we shared that many transiting aspects!

I don't know if one can tell the "where" one will meet their spouse. But it can certainly tell the frame of mind one may be in when doing so.

Yea, well I don't think astrology can say exact year, when we will meet someone who will become part of us. But I heard we can assume maybe how it will happen. I read somewhere you have to pay attention in which house is the ruler of your 7th house, like for example if someone's 7th house is in Aries and your Mars is in 9th house, you will meet him or her on some kind of travel and aspects are important. Anyway, I'm not so sure how it works, that's why I asked here.

One astrologer said to me once, that I will meet someone through work. My ruler of 7th house is Venus and in 4th house, opposite my MC and Chiron, which are in conjunction with each other.

and i lost him when transiting pluto conjuncted my saturn...

all this in 7th house

transiting pluto conjuncting natal planets seems to get concrete events in my life....

i'd also look to 7th house planets and placments

i've started looking at my chart a couple times a week....i take note of the moon where other planets are.....
it makes me understand planets roles better and my natal chart....
and as time goes on my predictions become more and more accuret

Interesting. That is something I mentioned above, the ruler of your 7th house, can be one of important placements, but ofc there is more.

My Natal 7th house is empty, but their ruler (Venus) is in my 4th house, along with my Moon.
