Ditto to that Bella_Taurus, I have no love life at the moment and as much as I want to believe this is totally okay. I'm a romantic. I just romanticize past romances. Its pathetic but, you do what ya gotta do.T Jupiter is in the 9th house about to conjunct my MC. My career has been the focal point even though it has not even conjunct the MC yet. Just started a new job with a lot of responsibilities. Also T. Jupiter is square natal Venus in the 7th and ASC. It has just made me addicted to shopping. Honestly. Oh and I've made new friends and come off more jolly than usual, I guess? IP: Logged |

Jupiter in Virgo has been a HUGE disappointment. Not sure if it's because North Node was also in Virgo, probably swallowing Jupiter. Or because Neptune was in Pisces, confusing Jupiter, or because Saturn was in Sagg, restricting Jupiter. Also, planets in their detriments do not work well. Jupiter is now speeding through Virgo, on its way to Libra. I urge you Jupiter, get your act together before you leave Virgo. You can do it! Rah, rah, rah!!! We are counting on you. IP: Logged |

Disappointment is the right word for this transit. I also think it could be the nn transiting together. See you all in september. Hope its better for us all

Hi Faith! I'm feeling really happy (and fully caffeinated, this time ), because mum got through her hip surgery. She still has the aneurysm surgery to go, and the doctor wants her to be stronger for that one, so I'll be nervous again in no time, but I'm just happy happy tonight. I've just realized how sociable I am at the hospital. I've had to deal with more people by myself, and have had a lot of questions and compliments re: my English accent. I've also occasionally spoken to other people there who have family in the CCU/special heart unit. One lovely older couple (almost 90 years old), were so sweet, and the man commented on the long day we had last Monday, with mum's first surgery. I felt embarrassed that my knees were buckling from tiredness, and there they were, waiting to visit their son. Dad has started to talk to other visitors, as well, finding out who they have there, and commiserating. I've felt more at home at the hospital, than I have at home, over the past two weeks. - - - - - I wrote this last night, and want to add something, that I just posted in another thread. IP: Logged |

I've also just realized that with Jupiter in Virgo , split between my 10th and 11th houses, I've had people in my life that I fell out with, coming back and telling me that it wasn't my fault. One I understand: she was dealing with something big, and something that she won't just get past, and I understood it then, too, once I'd thought about it.On the night my mother was admitted to hospital, or the night after, when I found out how much worse things were, I spoke to my sister on the phone - panicking, but she also admitted things weren't all my fault, how certain things shouldn't have been done to me, people should have minded their own business, and so on. We had the conversation we should have had over four years ago - the one I *tried* to have. IP: Logged |

Yes, this really resonates with me, especially because I have a Virgo ASC and Mars in the 6th. Very strange how nothing has really.. panned out in the ways that I've hoped? Maybe in retrospect I'll be able to glean the oh-so-very subtle "gifts" this transit has produced IP: Logged |

I was gonna make a thread about Jupiter Returns. This is just as good. So, this year has had some really high highs and low lows. It's been too extreme, even for me. And I have an 8th house stellium. The roller coaster's not over yet. The battle between Jupiter & Pluto continues. But I'm hoping Jupiter wins. I so want to tell all - but I don't want to jinx it. ::editing out weird ramble:: If Jupiter does win, I'll be back in a few weeks with updates. If not, well..*shrug*.. I'm used to it. IP: Logged |

@FaithThanks! Yeah, the timing is pretty crazy. I've never checked the exact placements before when things like that happen, but I checked it right after I found out. I'll have to remember to do that from now on, if only to satisfy my own curiosity. IP: Logged |

My latest thoughts on Jupiter in Virgo. Jupiter is still JUPITER. So, it will still give bounties, no matter what sign it is in. It will find its way. Jupiter in Virgo will adopt the personality of Virgo. More modest and less flashy than let's say Jupiter in Leo. So what it gives will not shine as bright as what Jupiter in Leo can give. Virgo is also the sign of work. So we may have to work a little harder to get or receive Jupiter's blessings. Virgo is the sign of order and cleanliness. So imo we need to dust off the house where Jupiter is transiting, to make space for our good. Also make sure our personal space (home, work etc) is nice and neat. I just cleaned up my place and my thoughts are so much better. Virgo is the sign of health. We have to pay attention to your health. Body health, as well as emotional and mental health. Very difficult thing to do in those politically polarized times. Virgo is the sign of service. Haven't quite figured out how to interpret this for Jupiter. Any insight? Virgo loves list. Make a list of what you want/need based on the house Jupiter is transiting and ask Jupiter to bring it. Then stop worrying about the list, consider things yours and have faith because Jupiter is faith. Voila!!! This is how I intend to live the rest of Jupiter transit in Virgo. IP: Logged |

I hope you're still happy!! Thank you for all these details and good news. Really hope everything continues to improve and brings everyone peace and well-being. Keep us posted! @SV Yes, the more I got into astrology and saw uncanny things like that happening...hmm, the more I fell down the rabbit hole. It's a nice rabbit hole, though....quite orderly. Its in H11. Conjunct Virgo Moon-Mars-Chiron. Opposite Pisces Saturn. Square Gemini Mercury (dancing within orb), and Gemini Venus, and Sag Jupiter (has been mostly out of orb). Trine or sextile ALL of the other planets in my natal, by sign... This period has been SOOOOOO Freeing!!! I just want to cry (Despite tr Saturn & Chiron doing work also)! ... Also had anger (more like rage) issues, which I've NEVER had before, for a short while, but I'm pretty sure that was tr Mars rex over my chart ruler. ... I have been able to let things go that have been burdening me for YEARS, with little to no effort! I feel like a ton of bricks have been lifted off of me. Feel light & happy go lucky, jovial, and sociable... like a breath of fresh air! It's a pretty amazing feeling . .... I'm going to really miss this transit ! Maybe I'll have a child in about 12yrs at roughly around age 33, that has a Virgo Jupiter (tongue-in-cheek... maybe ). LOL!

Jupiter is also co-ruler of Pisces... So you may have been experiencing more of that side, instead of the Sag... It depends on a lot of factors.. Plus, all planets have a "good" & "bad" side. ------------------ Please excuse my Mercury. IP: Logged |

@FaithLOL. Only a 6th house Sun would say something like that. I know what you mean, though. Curiosity can easily become a little…OCD. --- I will admit that besides the job offer, there hasn't been much "positive" until the last month or so. I attribute this to T Jupiter being in the same degree as my Sun, which means it's also trine my Saturn and sextile my Pluto. A lot of the people I've been dealing with lately have been really positive and generous (fulfilling promises that they had forgotten about/I reminded them of, family members stepping up and helping me through some financial woes, things like that). My Sun is in my 7th so maybe that plays a part in it. I'm also going through T Pluto trine my Sun, which was difficult at first, in a way that's difficult to explain, but seems to be getting easier now. (Or maybe I just learned the lessons and am reaping the rewards, finally.) No quoting please. IP: Logged |

I'm a late Virgo Ascendant so it's been transiting my 12th house and I don't really notice any difference in me, maybe because it's during the transit it squared my natal moon, mars, jupiter, saturn, and pluto. I did notice I got rid of two fears I've always had, though.IP: Logged |

How awful. Please let us know if things got/get better. This is not typical of Jupiter transit to the 7th house but who knows what planets you have there. I would love to see your chart if that's okay.

Update: Yep, Jupiter won. I'm going to grad school. Which is kind of a huge deal for me. The year of my Jupiter return has so far had good stuff for me, work wise. A promotion, raise, and now this! On the day things got decided, transiting Jupiter was conjunct my Vertex. Transiting PoF was also conjunct my natal PoF. @Faith, You remember our conversation about education over in the asteroid forum? Long ago.. Well, this year my progressed Sun-Mars-Pluto are conjunct my progressed Malala. All within 2° of each other. IP: Logged |
