I have Venus (and Sun) in Sag along with a Gemini Moon/Mars. I'm suppose to be the ultimate female player according to most astrology texts. Hard to catch bachelorette Sag and eternally bored "need someone new" Gemini. COMPLETELY WRONG. It is true that I get bored fast and hate to be told what to do or feel restricted. But cheating is a big resounding NEVER, how pointless (I'd rather just leave). I find that Sag Venus makes me very upfront about such things. I'm also not promiscuous at all. I am so picky it is scary. I have near unreachable standards for myself and others. My Gemini Moon and Mars can never seem to find any person or situation as interesting as the one's in my head. So I'd rather just read about it, write about it, or fantasize instead. In the rare occasion that I do desire someone, my Sag Sun/Venus make me literally idolize whomever I happen to fancy. Love is religious to me and I know it is my Sag Venus at work (with some heavy obsession from my Plutonian nature). Just as someone would want to be a good Christian, Muslim, etc I feel I have to be a good woman to the man I am with. I am very philosophical (Sag), yet intellectual (Gem) and "deep" (Scorpio) about the whole thing. I have been with only 2 guys my entire life and any "intimate" moments held a lot of weight. Neither one of those guys were any I fancied initially and being near them felt wrong and pointless. Other women I know go through so many guys without much thought and yet I will agonize over simply allowing one who isn't my ideal to touch me much less have sex with me. I am a virgin for this very reason. Nobody is good enough, including myself in a way. I need to be a little more elevated mentally/spiritually before I do such powerful acts (sex, marriage, etc.). I'd rather get exactly what I want love-wise or just happily be alone and learn a bunch of skills like shooting and ballroom dancing lol. I'm rarely lonely, or crave relationships though so I can do that. I would say Sag Venus gives that sort of independence to aid our high standards. IP: Logged |

I also want to add that being a venus in Sag; i noticed that all my life i always wanted relationships that are on a TRANSFORMATIVE basis. I constantly want someone who i feel can transform me and teach me about myself more then i could alone (moon in aries in the 7th house).------------------

I relate to what both of you are saying.Looking back, I was always trying to do the *right* thing...and it's almost hilarious how impossible that was! Like...my god...I have been so manipulated over the course of my life it's just breathtaking. --- Anyway, where are you cchampliss? Well said & I agree. I should have dated one (Sag sun) but I always thought they were just goofy. I didn't know a person could be as goofy as them and have underlying substance. Also my Pisces moon was probably just scared of them. IP: Logged |

I became hysterical - as in laughing uncontrollably due to the craziness of something I was experiencing - when I was crying and saying that I'd been the one (of my family) trying to do the right thing, and keep things healthy. I've always tried to do the right thing, kept my nose out of things, didn't judge someone else's choices as long as they respected my boundaries, etc - and I was being shamed and blamed for things I hadn't done, by the people I thought knew me the best, and loved me. I couldn't stop laughing, as I choked out that I'd tried to keep things above board, and look where it got me. If I'd been on the floor, I would have been rolling. This was right after I'd been beaten up by a formerly close family member, and could barely walk for five days. My arm was injured, I was out of my mind with it all, and was still getting insulted, after mum had seen it all happen. IP: Logged |
