Topic: Venus in Sagittarius

Would it be safe to assume these people have the most potential to be ethical in relationships since Venus naturally resides over Libra (which makes me think of the Justice card in Tarot, since they're the scales and all) and Jupiter is the planet of law and ethics (among many other things of course)IP: Logged |

I'm venus in Sag and I guess I'm pretty ethical. My issues is that I tend to get bored quickly (that and I have a low threshold for b.s.). I will leave a relationship before being unfaithful. No desire to cheat - personally think it's gross behavior. IP: Logged |

When I was younger I remember feeling tremendous guilt about tiny relationship issues that didn't even matter. I couldn't keep with my own standards. It was ridiculous that I put that much pressure on myself, even as a teenager. Maybe that's another reason Sag Venus likes to stay single. That way we're not disappointing anybody, including ourselves?

David bowie was venus in Sag and openly admitted more than once in interviews that he got around - alot. Think of some other sag-energy people, like that cyrus girl. An ex of mine with taurus sun and sag moon was - and probably still is - very, very promiscuous. Generally they tend to be promiscuous, at least while young. I was never promiscuous. Did David Bowie cheat? Most rock stars do get around. Miley Cyrus isn't a Sag Venus.

Maybe theres a mitigating factor in your chart but generally sags no matter the placement but especially the venus, are doorknobs - EVERYbody gets a turn.
Shes has something in sag i wouldnt know what for sure i dont follow her like that.

Hey, i have Sun and Venus in Sag, and i'm quite obsessed with honesty and loyalty (this is supported by other planetary aspects in my natal chart as well).
In general, I find it difficult to be anything else than truthful in the way i speak, and i highly value people who are open and upfront with me, as i also have a very low threshold for b.s., like Ann7 mentioned.As a teenager, i did "cheat" on my partner just before we officially ended the relationship, although it was already dead at the time. I hate it when i don't know where we stand in a relationship or when i feel the other person is a bit distant or not upfront with me. When i truly like/love someone and is reciprocated i am absolutely devoted to the relationship and would not look away.
Sadly, if i see my partner isn't very invested in us or is being shady to me, i will be disappointed and may become a lifeless companion, if i care enough to stay with him on such terms... I can also become bored in a relationship if it's not growing or there is no clear sense/purpose and direction as to why we're together and where we are headed to. I crave emotional depth, commitment and excitement in a relationship. Some people might freak out about this but it's nothing extreme or crazy - i just want us to be energising each other simultaneously, do everything together, get very close and feel at ease with it, but most importantly just have fun  IP: Logged |

My girlfriend has Venus/Mercury in Sagittarius 9th house.She is very ethical, in both the wider world and relationship terms. She's always expanding her horizons in terms of feminism, racism and the larger whole of the world, and she is balanced within relationships. ------------------

To be honest the truthfulness of Sags can scare me at times. I see where they come from but don't agree and get frustrated I can't convince them otherwise. It isn't that my way is best, but sometimes there's absolutely no room for error in their thinking, when we're 3D human beings. For now I think it's widely agreed upon that if *any sign* loves the relationship they're in, they won't stray. And contrary, any sign CAN stray. Deciding one or the other don't specific enough for one sign to be responsible for. What about how Venus in Sagittarius would want to feel in love, what's the goal of their personal relationships? Nicki Minaj had a long time boyfriend for 13 years or so til they broke up. I love her because she is upfront about what her music is about. Some of it doesn't take a genius to decipher but she doesn't write emotional songs and then say "No they're not about ME, silly!" (*side eye at Beyonce*). Now she's with ...can't remember his name but he's a kind of a big rapper. Anyway, she was the only one who visited him in jail. So there's that Sagittarius loyalty showing. 😊IP: Logged |

Venus in sag here! In the 3rd house being my chart ruler.....in the duad of taurus. I feel that im the committed venus in sag hahahahha!! But I do have the capacity to flirt with other people and fall in love more than one person and then get over it the next day HAHAHAHHA! But that's just me I feel my duad in taurus really gives me strong taurus traits towards my chart ruler mixed with my venus in sag. ------------------

No. Planets in signs describe style or modus operandi, not ethics. They could just as easily express the indulgence potentials of Venus in a sign of Jupiter's influence. ------------------

But this loyalty extends only to people he gets very close to, like myself lollSo yes - in a real relationship.. a very close relationship.. they are ethical. They don't often get attached in this way though ^.
So the loyalty is mainly towards family.. and very close friends.. and their S/O (once they take that very difficult leap into commitment). :edit: This Venus sign is experiencing the Saturn transit in 2016.. and for that reason - they are much more open to "settle down" than usual.
They might go through some tough times, when the transit becomes exact for them. The experiences they go through would have an emotionally-maturing impact.

Oh I'm glad you like her! She's funky. That's nice that she visited her man in jail. I've only ever listened to one song of hers...Fire Burns.  Pretty intense for a lighthearted, fickle, everlasting-player Sag Venus.  Hmm Katy Perry's Dark Horse isn't toooo shallow and silly either. Not the lyrics anyway. Well she is a Scorpio Horse, and probably did that deliberately. And that's another thing with Sag Venus: incorporating philosophy, religion, higher learning, magic/astrology into one's approach to love. IP: Logged |
