Without knowing her birth specifics, the only planets that are accurate in the event composite are the outermost planets.

Interestingly, if I create composite chart between mid-Scorpio, 1948, and the time of the crash, a yod emerges:

24 Taurus Uranus
26 Sag Neptune
25 Libra Saturn

24 Taurus Uranus (apex of yod) is opposing transiting Mars on the day of the accident (and your friend's sun) and squaring the transiting moon. All exact.

Another thing is, we can have an estimate for where the outer planets fall in composite between your friend and his mother.

In that composite, Uranus is at 2 Virgo...exactly opposing the transiting sun at 2 Pisces, at the time of the accident.

It makes sense that Uranus and Mars aspects would be exact and prominent in cases like this.
