Ok I see. It is reasonable for the 4th house cusp to be in Cap.

The 4th house is the inner world and has its affiliation to ones’ emotional nature, safety net, home, shelter (psychologically) and place of refuge.

Cap there is sort of a contradiction of this energy and may suggest a somewhat austere, formal or strict environment where common sense and self-reproach are standardized instead of feelings, emotions and expressing ones inner experience of life are set free.

Imagine a warm fireplace that has surrounding laughter being replaced by a well-maintained tiled floor, an air heater and complete silence. Perhaps more “proper” yes, but lacking soul.

Cap is efficient at running a business and when in the 4th, it can see the home life as a “business” to which it is obligated to uplift/uphold.

Indeed, the man in the suit/uniform(showing alignment with purpose) can often be part of a woman’s fantasies with this position. And the idea of having his “baby” can be ultimate euphoria.

For a man, the idea of protecting his home/providing for it- supports his sexual performance greatly.

When unemployed or unable to, it derails him to be frustrated with the responsibilities he has. And he can then turn(in worst cases) abusive in the home(Mars in 4th) in a vein effort to assert himself and hide his insecurities
