I don't have any Venus Mars aspect but I get along great with men. Then again I studied a course that was male dominated, but I get along well with both genders. I'm socially well adjusted, which is good.

Its still a square. I don't focus on wide or small aspects like some others do. An aspect is an aspect. Im just speaking from personal experience

NYCdodger,

It's a chart of a 'player' to me.

1) Focus on 5-8-11 houses
2) Mars Venus sextile, Venus Pluto trine, Venus in 5th, Venus opposition to both Neptune and Uranus.

You probably have a normally nice start with women (very nice!) but further in the relationship cycle that Moon-Venus square will show itself and it won't be all fireworks for your other half.

But it's just my perception. That Moon in Libra is trouble! It sits there quietly in the 8th and you only truly discover its nature once you become very close with person.

Very interesting chart, deserves a post of its own Thank you for sharing with us.

Moon conjunct Venus.
Both of them square Mars.

It depends on the men.

My sister, with Venus sextile Mars, is loved by men. Very pretty, and she is all domestic in her relationship, but she isn't necessarily happy with that. (She once came home after staying with her boyfriend for months, and cried at the idea of having to do any dishes here).

I took no crap from her boyfriend, and won't if presented with it from other men. So, no, I'm not always popular with them.

I used to get a lot of attention because of my figure (unwanted attention).

If they're good men, we usually get along.

Never been a player or a cheater. I don't put thoughts and illusions in girls heads because i make it clear what i want and what i don't want. If anything they choose to be caught up in an illusion themselves. I avoid relationships that lack substance or promise. I value cordial/reasonable relationships more that actually have some sort of direction.

If I begin to feel that the girl is flaky i just avoid her.

If I get too attached too her for some odd reason and things are unrealistic then i may separate myself for a while.

Maybe thats what the square indicates. But usually i don't have any issues or problems with getting along with or understanding women. I attract, and get along with them very smoothly and vice-versa. In fact, women respect me to the point where they just know I'm not one to BS or play silly mind games with...(I've had several of them tell me this). And I guess some of them don't like this because women tend to get frustrated when they don't get what they want

I don't have a Moon-Venus aspect, but I do have Mars & Asc Trine Venus. Typically, I get along with women because I can understand their nature. I've never defined how someone acts by their gender personally. I can also get along with men.

For me, I think it would just be an issue of how willing you are to befriend me and how mature you are lol. I do have friends with Libra Plutos anyways lol (Sag Pluto here).

So what would you say about an exact Moon/Venus conjunction both squaring Mars, in a male chart?

My ex has this. Does he love women, or hate em?

One hint: one of the biggest mama's boys you'll ever meet

But also great example how one aspect cant determine such a huge aspect of a personality. Venus square mars or moon square mars doesnt instantly make someone "dislike" women, especially when they also have apsects that indicate they like women. Charts and people are far more complex than that. My ex and I both struggle with sexuality/sexual paradigms placed by society by neither of us hates all men or women.

And he liked me (??) So he was probably attempting to flirt lol.

And i have a friend with Venus-Mars conj in Cancer, 6 degrees. Just like me she's picky about who she goes out with. We both have Venus-Pluto aspects and had stalkers in the past. I remember the guy following me when i was on my way home, i had to go the other way and run a bit faster so he wouldn't see where i live. I know he wouldn't do anything but still, what a disrespectful behavior.

Venus-Mars is cool but i really wish i had Venus-Jupiter and ASC-Jupiter...

I have Jup trine Asc and Venus widely conj Jupiter

I have Venus in Aquarius Square Mars in Gemini

I'm not popular but throughout my life, I've had more guy friends/acquaintances than females. Now though, the ratio evened out, but then again I've become a hermit now so I don't even have many friends lol.

When I was younger, I did attract awkward, weird and rather forward encounters w/ men. But nothing that went too far. I feel like every woman has at LEAST a few creeper stories lol.

With the female Venus Square Mars, I heard that there's an awkwardness w/ their sexuality at one point in their lives. They can give off a strong vibe and males can take that as too masculine or they may see it as a 'challenge' thus she will attract unwanted attention. But I also heard this aspect is "all vibe, no action" so who knows.

Scientists say men whose ring finger is longer than their index finger are more likely to be nicer to women.

I have that...

But thats not a bad thing. No one should always give someone what they want. Its irresponsible..

This also explains why the women in my life are mature, and i rarely have any real issues or problems with them. We're on the same page

People in general tend to get frustrated, when they don't get what they want. My problems with men, have mainly revolved around their acting out because of that.

I don't get the Moon-Venus Trine. I have it.

It's true that I identify less with men than I do with women, but I don't feel there's an incremental understanding etc. I wasn't sent the PDF instruction manual, and the FAQs don't cover most of my issues.

Come to think of it, I don't understand men either.

As for being popular, let's negotiate because I have a bridge to sell you, and I'll throw in a second bridge for free.

This is so true for me and my bf!

He has Scorpio Venus trine Cancer venus and his best friends are mostly girls. Girls come to him for relationship advises and stuff constantly!

I have Mars/Venus conjunction and I get along with guys well. Guys feel at ease with me easily and I can chat with them like buddies. I get along with girls too but I may be a little too intimidating for them sometimes? I can get a little RAWR! lol

@NYCdodger

Yep i know. Now you just made me curious about what aspects can "trigger" aggressiveness from others towards someone *adding to the list: Sun square Mars*

@sarahhm

I know someone close to me who has a really bad relationship with the mother. He has no Venus-Moon square, but a sextile. There are other aspects of course but his Moon isn't so 'damaged' like mine is.

I have Moon Trine Venus too lol I've yet to understand this part of me lol. I don't have much emotion to show and give to others so I have no idea how this aspect is possible for me. I have Pluto and Mars squaring my Venus though so I think that's why it's less prominent for me. Maybe you have other aspects to your Venus or Moon?

I have venus mars conjuction and nope... I don't get along with men easily, actually for me it is very difficult to talk to them just as naturally as to the people of my own gender. I also don't believe in woman-man friendship, I just don't think that's possible.

I'm a woman with the Venus-Mars trine (Mars is also conj. Jupiter while Venus trines Jupiter) and ever since kindergarten, most of my friends have been male. Somehow I click with guys way more easily than with most women (maybe due to the things and activities I'm interested in, which most females don't typically like so much, which is also true in reverse in that I'm rarely interested in the stuff those people like.) My friendships with guys from all kinds of age groups (my latest buddy is nearing 90) are warm, supportive and never romantic. In fact my male friends will try to hook me up with someone when I'm single rather than hit on me, give me 'man advice' on how to deal with their sort, give me career advice, etc., much like an older brother or cousin would. That's pretty much how I feel about them anyway: they're a warm, benevolent presence in my life.

I have nothing at all against women though (why would I?) and finally, after spending years in an all-male work environment, I do have a few female colleagues I get along with well, but still we rarely click as friends.

The few really close female friends I've got in RL are either gay, and/or borderline tomboyish like myself.

I know this thread is quite old but I wanted to share my experience.

I have Venus & Mars conjunction (Gemini) at 5 degrees and parallel.

My venus also sextiles my moon (Virgo or Leo tbh) at 2 degrees.

But my venus is in the 12th house so if smby has any attraction to me, I won’t know unless they say it to my face. So I’ve found it to be dofficult to understand men. Women I understand a ton though and am attracted to both.

I have never been in a relationship though. I told one bloke when I was a teen that I liked him and he went off w another chick. So I don’t go out of my way to tell a guy I like them. I actually haven’t really found any guy around my life attractive enough to pursue. It’s mostly celebrities from the naughties and eighties that I’m attracted to ha.

Idk I guess i have such high standards stemming from my rocky relationships w my parents. I’m neither a mummy’s girl or daddy’s girl, just myself girl 🥲

Venus/Mars conj girls can come off quite assertive. And to guys, that can be intimidating.

Venus is how a woman asserts herself. And Mars is the inspiration behind that assertion. So when both are conjunct, the energy of Mars(masculine) is present in her assertion.
