Based on experience w the people I know….Saturn/Capricorn energy: They tend to judge others from a pedestal and they’re not exactly open minded. Their opinions can be very fixed and very serious. Virgo: Very naggy. 😅 My guy is a Virgo and OMG when he starts on me I’ll switch off and he gets annoyed when I do that, but I just like to annoy him. Hehe Jupiter/Sagittarius: Long winded but in a more encouraging way. They’re generally more open minded and accepting of others but can still be quite fixed on their ideals and too blunt. Agree with Hikaru’s list 👏🏽 However, “overly” critical imo seems really about rejection (punitive). If it becomes personal, than there’s an inner planet or angle involved. IP: Logged |

The chart owner who asked this question said that they have "always " felt people critical of them.Not just one person or within a particular context.This to me suggests a defensive placement in their chart or one that tends to feel "attacked" by default. And so I would look for a wounded planet either in the 1st or the Ic The chart owner has Asc in Libra with its ruler (Ven) in the 7th house. Venus is not only debilitated(in martial sign of Aries), but is also square Uranus/Neptune in Cap. When a planet is debilitated, it is already in a world of hurt. So additional square aspects don't help much but make it even more defensive. Since Venus rules the 1st house,the perception will be that others(7th) are "martial" (Aries) in relation (Venu) to the native. Add to this,Sat( ruler of sensitive Ic) is opposite Moon. The judgement and backlash is harsh. Moon widely conjunct Mars(it hurts) and Chiron (the internal wound). It's no wonder they are defensive and feel "attacked". Neptune/Uranus are also contra-parallel their Sun. So they may feel that they don't quite measure up to expectations and are always trying to meet other's demands. IP: Logged |

Cancers and Virgos can be very judgmental as hell and will criticize you but Virgo gives more constructive criticism while cancers just whine and cry about the most irrelevant things concerning others lol, Us Pisces can be crazy too when we’re pointing out flaws but we’re self aware IP: Logged |

This guy I use to date had a mom who was a Cancer....when I first quit smoking, she commented on my weight gain. Her logic was that women are always competing with each other and that men have no self control.
I was "pizzed" but I also felt really sorry that she was made to feel like this herself, because she was/is(?) dating a really nice guy.
I had to refrain from telling her that her son loves to f()ck my fat @ss. I like my mother in law way better than that psycho. My MIL has Cancer Moon. I kind of think she likes having the upper hand, and thinks it's appropriate to talk to us about my husband and I's financial business. I am very much if we aren't asking you for money then it doesn't concern you. For wedding planning she drove me up a wall. While I refrained from telling her to not project her first failed marriage on to mine. I did not refrain from telling her that I am more busy than her son, and that if she wants things done right now she can talk to him.
As a Cancer Jupiter I would mock her behind her back and go "oooga booga, when's the wedding date!?" my husband did not like me doing that. He also did not like me saying that his mom needs to join a book club or something, to get more of her own life. He was like "stop saying that, it's not funny" and then I'll say "it made my co-worker laugh." IP: Logged |
