I am a truck driver at the moment, and will probably change my career in the next 10 years to become landscaper, or I may do both at the same time so I can have the security of a regular wage.
My public image at work is one of professionalism, but also of an original person, a bit outside the box of the traditional truck driver. I have a degree from my time in England, I talk sometimes of astrology, I am gay ( though I never mentioned it at work because I was never asked about it and because it doesn't show - I don't advertise it to keep the peace and because I am secure enough to not identify only in my sexual orientation, it is just a part of my personality that has nothing to do in my job life, considering the people I work with associate being gay with being a sissy.

I get you. I don't think you should ever feel entitled to explain yourself to anyone.

I myself am also gay. But I am not "out" at work.

I do however vehemently defend issues that affect the disenfranchised i.e women,gay people,immigrants and those that society tend to look "down" on. I am known for that at work.

Anyways, back to this discussion.

Though I do not have the 10th house cusp in Aries(mine is in Cap/Aqua). I have read that wherever Aries/Mars is in our birth chart, is where we tend to "charge" without much forethought or planning.

Now on the positive side, it could lead to being a pioneer/on the leading edge.

But on the negative,it could also suggest where we tend to get into fights and disagreements.Because we lack objectivity and are "all in".

In this area of life we should watch out for accidents and sudden events.

And this may be because we tend not to look on all sides before crossing. And perhaps become a little too naive/ill prepared.

Sometimes it is a case of us just not knowing that we are in the midst of danger/flare ups.

Many times,this is the area of life where such things are/seem inevitable.

Aries on the cusp of the 10th could suggest someone with a legacy/reputation for being a fighter or self-concerned.

I would imagine that the relationship with people in authority or above the individual, is not likely to be peaceful. So it would be with those that are their subordinates.

This is quite true for both of them. Being a lawyer is a passion for them because it is also a status symbol and source of pride for them. Don't get me wrong, both wanted to help people and want to make a difference, but both have told me that the money and prestige were also a really important deciding factor for why they chose their profession. They ARE lawyers - they very much define themselves by that profession.

Lol, both have professional reputations for being a bit overly aggressive and kind of smart-assy. My ex was a pretty hot tempered person, so that makes sense to me. But the guy I'm seeing (Aquarius) is so kind and quiet that I'm always surprised by the stories I hear about him at work. He is a very domineering person and hot-tempered at work.

It is interesting how both approach their professions. My ex (Virgo) had Mars in Sagittarius 5H and he was very much drawn to the profession for the prestige as well as the traditonalism behind it. Law is a pretty mapped out career in the greater scheme of things. He liked being a problem solver, rubbing elbows with "powerful" people, and living the sterotypical "lawyer" life. He wanted to be a figurehead in the community and it was important for him to feel like he had all the answers. He was very much by the book in so many ways. I think his true dream is to be president, lol.
