This is what the Magi Society refers to as a planetary eclipse - when two bodies are perfectly aligned in both longitude and declination. Venus can't exactly 'eclipse' the sun since it is so tiny by comparison, but its the same type of precise alignment.This one hits my MC exactly in declination: 22N46; even tighter than the one in 2008. For me, this is a really good addition to other factors in my chart now for getting my speculative fiction published. The previous 7 years were about resettling here in Portland and getting with my wife Heather. She's a Sun in Gemini, 15° which was transited by the last Venus conjunction and this one as well. ------------------

Interesting you pointed that out, Kannon. Additionally to the exact aspects in longitude, there is a widish on in declination. this Sun-Venus contraparallel my Sun 0°37

^^ I wanted a cocker spaniel as a kid!! But my tastes have matured and that looks even cuter... could definitely be convinced... we should aaaall get one... lol!! Would be... hilarious...Ceri, "greeted me and had the warmest smile I had ever seen on anyone`s face." talk about goosebumps... or rather I actually nearly cried reading this. I cry easily so it's not such a big thing no worries lol... but it only happens when I read/see/hear/think something really true and moving.. and this is.  It is just so clear to me that he cares about you and loves you and likes you a great deal... and you mean so much to each other... ahh. Your decisions aren't bad, they're just in keeping with where you're at on your journey. It's one of the hardest things, to believe we are loved! And worthy of attention. And to get over formalities and dive into life with no reserve... Sorry to hear so many of you do not feel well.  or nervous or anxious. I`ve been feeling nervous and unsettled a while ago, actually many weeks from the beginning of the year until about well shortly before june. But since this week I feel, I donīt know there is this feeling of anticipation, but calm and well i guess serene is the word. It`s all good at the moment (of course i know this can change any moment. lol) And yet yesterday was my second exact hit of Tr Pluto opposite Saturn, but I feel pretty good.
Actually the most exact aspects from that Sun-Venus-chart to my chart are (the ones fromt he conjunction it self taking precedence I think)

I don`t know I guess I should be feeling more tensed inside (though maybe it will hit me).
Truth be told though I have gotten pretty little sleep, and on sunday night I was having a pretty bad headache. But today I feel strangely great. Though I did not quite understand why suddenly so many people seemed to feel the need to touch or hug me, tell me they have been thinking of me (in most random situations) or call me with certain terms of endearment. Nothing too wild, it was just a little baffling to me. lol

Kannon,That does sound auspicious. It's wonderful that you've gotten settled enough in beautiful Portland and can now focus on getting your writing published. Congratulations on getting to this stable point! And yes, thanks for mentioning declinations. I forget to check them so often especially when it comes to transits. I hope everyone feels better soon too Life is hard... going outside for walks as teasel said is so good.. it is among the most basic awesome thing we can do for ourselves, to connect with nature openly without expectation and let it just fill us with beauty and life force... lets us forget our own problems and connect.. Opening to the little things that can help us feel better... slowing down and breathing for a while, just loving ourselves as we are right now, giving ourselves a little hug inside... you know... even if all external circumstances change and crumble you'll still have your self-love and your connection with the universal flow... so cultivate those things and outside stuff will shake you less and less I know there's no cure-all stuff anybody can say to help people feel better but those are things that could be helpful I hope. sending LOVE!!! I'm glad people are reaching out to you, Ceri! You deserve all the love! It's so interesting given our talking about physicality that people are literally reaching out, and touching you! 8 years ago I decided on what I wanna do for my career and started on that. The Sun/Venus is right on my Dsc in Gem. Just checked the decliniation and transit Sun is mere 20min from my Dsc but I'm not sure what this is doing to me lol.. Transit Union on my Asc, along with the Saturn which has bugging me for the past couple of years since the beginning of my 1st Saturn return... I did meet someone very special though and I am quite certain he is the love of my life. I am doing fairly okay at work but career stuff has been bugging so much I've been trying to hard to move on but no luck in finding my next position I can't wait for the Saturn to start moving along... Ceri... Thank you for leaving the url for astrotheme chart for Hillary?I don't think that's the best chart.... I've been watching her chart (with Bill and Chelsea) for the past few or more years. I don't just look at the one chart, but when a person is a member of a family (or close ties with someone else in their direct environment), you can gain more details (predictively). The Astrodienst chart 8:02am seems to work.

Hmm.. I was 19 and met someone who is now one of my very best friends. We went on a road trip hardly knowing one another. That's all I can remember happening around that time. Nothing super spectacular - WAIT. Oh jeez, that's also around the time I met the Leo guy who scarred me for life. Maybe good things happened but my perspective is tainted. Spring time. I thought the Sun / Venus in Gemini was spooky. I made a huge blog post about it since it was in my 12th house at the time and opposing Saturn. I predicted there'd be lots of break-ups and money issues among couples, and couples or people being "outed" in some way. Since it's in Gemini and my ASC is in Gemini, and my Mars is conj. ASC, I keep thinking I'll be contacted by somebody "12th housey", but so far nothing. They're within 4 degrees of my ASC now. I am kind of wondering if this will somehow affect my job since Venus is opposing Saturn. Despite me trying to meet their standards, I just don't think they like me very much and I'm seriously nervous about my review coming up in the next couple of weeks. IP: Logged |

It is conjunct my sun/Mercury in the 8th.
The only negative really has been a little anxiety and sooooo much trouble sleeping 😢 Waking up every 2 hours.The positive has been a depending of my bond with my love....so much so that we started texting one another in old world language which feels completely natural, like we've done it before in another life. It seriously could not get any more romantic than this. It's the stuff of movies 😱 E.g. "I will slay nations and rain blood on all those who oppose you my queen, until we are in each other's embrace once more" I wonder if it's because of his Mars, my sun/Mercury conjunct the sun/Venus opposite my Neptune. EmGem, sounds amazing. I love that kind of stuff. But to everyone reporting here, don`t forget it`s just the BEGINNING of the cycle, whatever the cycle promises or threatens has EIGHT years time of developing!
You won`t see everything out in the open all at once this week, though I do think the beginning phase of the cycle will have some "foreshadowing-quality", so beware of what you hear, see, sense, feel - it might give an indication of what is there to come (at least when your spider sense tingles, if there is no tingle, there probably is no relation to you).

Actually I myself got a MAJOR tingle, when I stumbled across a video of Lancelot, and about the thing he said in the intro to the video (not his strongest song). It was on 30th may though, so a week before the actual new cycle, but the way it spoke to me was Whoa. Major goosebump-worthy. Though I KNOW it is not that amazingly brilliant, it was just the right time, it struck me like lightening through my core, though I rationally of course know the truth of it, but this just felt like a "starting-signal", there could have been trumpets and fanfares heralding the new path. it would not have been stronger or more intense to me. lol
