Idk it depends on how the rest of your chart balances out. Do you have Moon aspects? Other planets in the 4H or aspects to the IC? Venus aspects?

I have Venus in Aquarius, but in 3H. I relate heavily to Venus in Aquarius descriptions. But I also have Sun in Aquarius, as well as Uranus in 1H so I just have a lot of Aquarius influence in general. I do relate to Venus in 3H but not that heavily.
