Real-life vibes are a big clue. You should trust your instinct. If they're smiling and saying sugary things but something seems off, it probably is.

Or, keep coming back but torture you even more in a passive way so they can come clean with their actions?

Or, once for a while they come to you, want to know all of your life and after they know what are you doing, your ideas, your life, they are disappear and you found out they try to do what you are doing.. Long time friend but less contact.

Or, wants to know all of your life just to spread it out to other people when they see you have flaws in your life and add some additional untruth words to make you look bad in front of other people.

Anyway, for each sign, it'll be variations of one of three core reactions:
• icing out/avoiding
• aggressive 'overt' action
• passive-aggressive action

Sometimes it's a temporary thing - if they're angry with you, or if there's something worse going on in their lives. If it is this, you'll eventually know - and it'll get sorted. If, however, it's a pattern, and you sense that they're only nice when it's convenient for them. Or that they're fair weather friends. Or that they're just putting on a nice front, for other motives. In any of these cases, it's best to disengage from that person : mentally & emotionally. Take a step back and observe, without letting them have a hold over you.

Some simple things you can do to see if they're trustworthy is to tell them a 'secret' (not a real one of course) and see if it spreads. Things of that nature. I suppose more or less everyone gossips about people these days. But if they're your friend and they do that, big red flag right there.

You talked about them coming back to you every once in a while, all concerned about your life. Only to turn around and use it against you. Ehm...hell no! Do not put up with that. I had/have a friend like that. Who's a friend to me like 5% of the time. And the remaining 95% is attempts at sabotage. It's too late for me, but save yourself.

Bottomline is, barring any medical issues they have (borderline personality disorder, or bipolar or something like that - in which case it's not their fault, they're just wired that way and it tortures them more than you actually), if someone is not consistently your friend, or neutral at least, then it's best to stay away from those negative influences.

"Live and let live", right? We can't expect to like everybody we meet in the course of our life. Statistically near-impossible. The best anyone can do, is let the other person go on their way unhindered. But if someone goes out of their way to make your life miserable:: give 'em the boot. You shouldn't have to deal with such unprovoked animosity - just not worth it.

I've known one, but he refuses to back off? He changes his mind faster than he changes his underwear though. One minute loves to hangout with you, lots of talking (like I want to shut his mouth for awhile because it was like a non-stop whining - cancer mercury - please don't get offended mercury in cancer people, if there's the right words to say other than whining, you can tell me, I'll change it ), one minute just like you said, say cynical and cruel things. So I don't know what is the real feeling of every Gemini?

Haha! Well, they're the same sun sign as I. We get along great when it comes to 'fun stuff'. And we do understand each other pretty well. You know, she is sometimes aware of what she does. In a moment of clarity, she'd admitted that what she'd been doing was because of her 'misplaced hate' (her words). That's something I'd asked her once, when I was really frustrated - 'why do you hate me so much?' At the time, she'd said I was being silly. But later, she went through a period of introspection and we had a talk after - in which she admitted that.

It didn't stop the 'bad' phases though.. Just that now I'm more inclined to think she can't help it, but she tries. *sigh*

What about your friend?

I and my friend share the same moon (me) and mars (her). I think this is fueled some competitiveness from mars? I don't know.. Also the same mars (me) and venus (her). She's my long time friend but due to my terrible memories (am truly feeling guilty about this), I don't really remember the time I spend with her in the past.. When we run for each other for the first time, I have changed a lot, have better life and also having memory lost he he.. Since then our meeting (once in a time) always awkward probably because she asks me too many personal questions and starts judging. At first I kind of having a tolerance for this because of her psychology education background but later I found she judges in media social and thinks she knows my life better than myself. One day she told me her secret relationship that finally ended, out of the blue, then after our meeting she posted something like "when you tell your story trust no one", and I was like "what the heck?" I thought it was a trust meet up because she acted nicely, I shared some of my personal experience dealing with break up and I had given her my best advice I could think of and we laughed and she said it was a good time and glad she talked to me..

If they have a list of people who screwed them over, then it's only a matter of time before you're added to that list. If they talk maliciously about others to you, then it's a good bet they're talking maliciously about you to others. If they treat people they don't need anything from (or who they can reasonably expect to get what they need as it's the other person's job) in bad ways, then when they don't need anything from you (or start taking what they get for granted), they'll treat you the same way. And so on.

Lol, That's what My Aquarian friend says. Although the only difference is she's a bit older then me.

I will act out of tone and come the next day with a box of Chocolate, lol.

When the Gem is non-stressed and can think clearly they will realize there actions. For example shes stuck by me and I acknowledge that...and apologize whenever I do.

But, if the Gem is not stressed and there always like that and consistently cruel then yes they don't like you.

They will gossip behind your back too...

I don't think it's the moon/mars. Sun/Mars is more likely to cause competitiveness, but can also make you a great team if you work with rather than against each other. But that's a small fragment. We'll need to see your synastry as a whole to comment.
