All my jupiter transits were good, even jupiter return when I thought i would gain weight. Until this year when jupiter conjuncted my moon. Talk about expansion...IP: Logged |

I'm having Jupiter square Jupiter and I actually lost weight. I mean I eat lots of sweets and cheese. Well my cholesterol is high as hell but I lost 7kg (happy me)trJupiter is transiting my 7th house. And I have Pisces ASC (traditional ruler is Jupiter as well) On the other hand I'm working insane hours so maybe I spend more calories now. IP: Logged |

Dieting for fastest weight loss results is to keep your salt intake under 1500 mgs , drinks lots of water , exercise and ofcoarse watch your sugar. Keeping your sugar under 100 to 150 mgs helps alot as well. Happiness is a state of mind so working on controling your thoughts helps, find positive things to focus on, read lots of health magazine's and books. You become what you focus on.
