Any aspects to Mars will add qualities to your external energy along with the first House. Mars works a lot like the Ascendant considering it rules the 1st so keep in mind any planets or aspects to the ASC will also show how you outwardly display your physical vitality.

I have Mars in Leo Opposite Moon and Mercury and trine Jupiter.

Mars in Leo - Walks confidently, pridefully, arrogantly and in a fun way. You physically look like a fun person to be around and people will be drawn to your outer "glow".

Mars In Aries - Walks like they are getting ready for battle. Walks with might and force. You physically come off as hot headed, assertive and a little bit of a boss. Really fond of this placement. You walk with pure sex appeal.

Mars in Scorpio - You walk like the Grim Reaper, With an intense and deep inner passion. You come off as a chill, exotic and formative individual. You don't take any sort of crap and can have an underlying rage that knows no bounds. Furious and a straight up primal sex appeal is engrained in your physical energy.

Mars in Gemini - Come off as a busy body. Walk like a bit of a nerd, but a badass one. You take your anger and plans of action and stir it with wit, knowledge and tactfulness. Look like a funny guy/girl. Indecisive and extremely resourceful.

I believe whatever sign Mars is in will be your base external build along with the ascendant. Mars has more to do with the entire body as the ASC really just covers your facial appearance. Pluto conjunct the ASC will make you have a powerful and sexual face and a deathly vibe. Pluto conjunct Mars will give you a truly commanding physical body. Not just on the outside. It is YOUR energy and is YOU physically, as opposed to the 1st house where people pick up on what you consciously and outwardly show them.

I for one know two people with Mars/Pluto in hard aspect. And there is little that is "deadly" about the way they walk.

Unless I consciously channel my empress placements... I can't stop myself from running and skipping (and usually in dresses- what grown woman does that?). I'm often abruptly stopping midstride to caress tree trunks. I don't look cool at all when I'm not trying. I think I must look like a puppy drawn in every direction as he heads home.

80% of the time I would say I gave the Cancer Mars walk.

What about capricorn mars?!
These people have the strongest grip and my cancer mars has a weakness for them! They are the ultimate alpha of all other marses imho!
