According to Pullen chart my strongest planet is Neptune followed by Mercury, my strongest element is Fire, my strongest mode is mutable and then fixed..Sag is my strongest sign followed by Leo..

These are my dominant influences but not my chart ruler...

I find it interesting that both my ex and my husband have Venus as their most dominant planet and my DC is ruled by Venus
..

My ex DC is ruled by Neptune and Jupiter and my most dominant planet is Neptune and I have Jupiter in the first, sag is my strongest sign and I have moon in Pisces.

My husband's DC is ruled by pluto and mars and those are my chart rulers.

If I understood what these percentages mean, perhaps I would have known how to relate to these rulers. I am cancerian with a Pisces decan and SN in Pisces, and most people who try to guess my sign assume I am Pisces. So I don't know why my ruler is Pluto, ruler of Scorpio. Though, there was a time in my life some people thought I was Scorpio...

Does your life have pluto themes?Transformative events, or perhaps you often find yourself in power-struggle situation, either at home, at work, with friends or lovers? Do you dig for the truth, have a critical mind...etc...

http://www.starseeds.net/group/making-your -own-essences-and-elixirs/forum/topics/plutonian-essences-or-essences-for-plutonian-people

You're a plutonian cancer. See if you can relate to the interpretations for pluto-dominate people. Also check out the interpretation for mercury dominant, since it's the second strongest planet in your chart.

I wonder if the higher your percentage does that indicate the more extreme your going to be with that sign/planets influence??

My Venus is 19.4%...which appears to be high. Im wondering would that mean that love is hugely important to me, by far the most important thing to me? Maybe something i go to extremes with by comparison to others?
If someones planets are all in the lower %, perhaps they are a more balanced person?

I don't doubt it. Pluto is a hard planet for me personally. I hate change and Pluto forces changes.

Hmm your's is very interesting to me. Mars is your dominant and so is Pisces. That must make a confusing combination for you since I consider Pisces to be a pacifist and Mars is obviously not. Do you ever feel torn by that?

It's like being a floatation tank mentally.

Venus comes third. Idk, I've never really felt venus-y (or is "venusian" the right word lol). I have taurus mars (and an earth-dominated chart), so I think that I experience more of the "earthy" side of venus and less (if any) the "airy" side of venus. Carnal pleasures, hmmm oh yeah. Hah lucky saturn is there to run the ship.

I like beautiful, pleasing environments. I can be pretty self-indulgent and I like to spoil others. I probably like romance and like to live it, more than I would want to admit. On the outside, I keep a calm face (or at least try to, sometimes I fail), but inside I'm all gooey and squealing and rolling around giggling like mad.

Huh, Saturn and Neptune together to me are like mud. They mix together but the product is often times convoluted and confusing. It seems like that is happening to you

I suppose I feel like a loner most of the time, but really just wanting stability and certainty. Loving the weird but craving normality. I think. I don't really know. I am weird but at the same time, not.

Your chart is also a bit like mine. I'm a loner most of the time too. I feel like your Earth dominant is making you crave the physical stability and certainty, but then Uranus comes in and makes you like the weird also. You can be grounded but also unique, and I think that's what this combination creates

Even though my chart appears to be nearly Water void, its not!!

Thrse things are unaccounted for in this chart, giving me more water than is shown here...
Scorp NN
Pluto conjunct AC/3 degree unaccounted for
Neptune conjunct Sun
Neptune exact sextile Pluto(also sextile AC)
Moon virgo-unaspected in 12th is a very strong and watery moon!
Im very emotional but hide it well, and can be rational even with my irrational emotions.

I see that Libra and Aries are in your dominant signs. Since their opposites, do you ever feel torn about your actions? Like your mind is telling you to be rational (Libra) but the Aries is telling you to be passionate?

I very much agree with all. especially the dominant signs were spot on as I have a water grand trine in my chart.

Wow, you must feel much emotion in your life, and with Pluto, Neptune, and Saturn there can be pain and many obstacles in life. You must be a very strong person

I feel both. I internally feel Cancer, Scorpio, and Cap. I am very emotional, intense, and security driven. While my emotions rule my life (in a good way- guiding my decisions and choices through intuition), I do feel like a jupiter person- lots of enthusiasm and expansive interests. Neptune is in my 1st house, so I think I can appear to be many things to many people. I am a little Neptunian in my changing attitudes and adaptability. Sometimes I find it hard to distinguish what it is that "I" truly want versus being what the other person wants. That feels like a Neptune 1st house issue to me.

It's crazy how similar I feel! We're both moon dominant so I'm not surprised. Our feelings, comfort and emotions rule over us. Your Scorpio and Capricorn demand rational and clear thinking, but the Moon and Cancer say screw that I feel how I feel and that's that!

Yes, the higher the percentage the more pull that influence will have over you. As for interpretations, it could really mean all of what you say. Venus dominant people can love being in love, enjoy comfort and luxuries, be charming, be more compassionate to people and ultimately have those influences rule their underlying thoughts.

Neptune and Mercury? Holy cow. That's quite a mix. Neptune the ruler of dreams and the mystical with Mercury the ruler of knowledge and cleverness. You might feel more intelligent then some people and alienate yourself every once in a while to escape and have your zen time.

Be careful of all that Pisces/Neptune energy. It can either lead to great success and have a magical charm, or it can lead to suffering and self-undoing.

Well my husband has Venus as his strongest sign and I don't think he is overly preoccupied with love if anything I have been most of my life but Neptune is my strongest planet and rules my fifth and I have moon in Pisces in the fifth and venus conjuncts my chart ruler Mars in leo. He is a relationship guy and very loyal and faithful though so that could be bc Venus is his strongest sign which is nice.

In his case Venus rules his 6th house and 1st house but is in the 4th conjuncting very tightly his 5th cusp under 1d so exact. He went to art school and loves animals, he likes making music and using his hands to create things or design things, I have always said he is very creative and can be critical of his work getting caught up in the details. He loves having many creative hobbies or projects and dreams of building his own home and designing his own home. He is renovating an airstream right now he considers his home.

He is not this guy who is looking for this big romantic love out of this world, he wants to be with me and that is it. Venus loves stability and companionship, they get comfortable in a relationship and want to stay in it and will honor it and take it seriously.

Now Neptune ruling the fifth, the house of romantic love and it been the most dominant planet in my chart wants a love that will make her melt, her heart come out of her chest and that will transcend this world at its core. This has to be kept in mind with that if Neptune rules the 5th then pluto rules the chart so it wants an intense romantic love that is unbreakable with DC in Taurus.

My husband has Venus as his strongest sign but Taurus rising and Virgo on his fifth, he is more practical and down to earth when it comes to romantic love but very loyal.

Hence even when looking at your most dominant planets and influences you have to look at it and interpret it in the context of your rising sign/chart ruler, house cusps and what those dominant planets are ruling.

I will say this Gabby with Neptune been my strongest planet in sag which is my strongest sign and it ruling my 5th I have placed waayyyyy to much importance to romantic love and finding romantic love in my life which I did!! So yes is a planet that needs to be grounded and that lacks balance so you are unto something with that theory maybe..it becomes both our strength and our weakness and undoing bc when I lost that big love it nearly destroyed me but Scorpio rising eventually overcomes and always gets back up.

No idea why it seems that way to you. If you're talking about my screen name, it has other meaning. But well I'll see if I can explain the effects of it.

Neptune mostly manifests as a dreamy artistic side. Saturn is what I usually fall back on, rely upon to solve crisis/to go through difficulties. Whenever neppy takes hold and caution is thrown to the wind, the end results are pretty awesome so far, lol people are like "Were you high when you did this and that", and I'm always like "Oh yes I was" - joke of course.

I walk the fine line between saturn and neptune. It gets hazy at times, neppy is sneaky hah. Makes it more interesting though, because it takes effort and self awareness to balance it with saturn's demands. As a result, I know about every nook and crannies of my little self (well most anyway lol). If it was cut and dry, hmmm Idk, I probably wouldn't have liked it.

I play the cards I'm dealt with very well (if I may say so myself). At this point, I'm pretty confident that I know how to channel the energy. Self awareness is key.

Sorry if what I said didn't jive well with you. Thank you for giving me your interpretation of it. That's why I love astrology I am always learning and growing. I would agree with you that self-awareness is key for every astrological position and that astrology helps with self-awareness.

I thought your chart ruler was the planet that rules your ascendant. Mine is mercury. However, I think that Saturn may be my co chart ruler, because when I was born Saturn was stationary direct, and stationary planets are considered extremely powerful because of the degree they occupy and focus their energy on when you are born, and so the effects of that planet on you will be intensified. I read that the effect is even powerful enough for the planet to be considered your chart ruler. The interesting thing is not only was I born with Saturn stationary direct but also with mercury stationary direct, which is fitting as mercury is already my chart ruler as it is. I've looked at pullen and the results I got were somewhat true but I didn't feel like it completely rang a bell for me. I do, however, feel that both Saturn and mercury ruling my chart make more sense as I am quite mercurial by nature, but Saturn gives me the late bloomer characteristic and I can be quite industrial, and I feel like Saturn has been speaking to me and guiding me during my Saturn return.

You're a plutonian cancer. See if you can relate to the interpretations for pluto-dominate people. Also check out the interpretation for mercury dominant, since it's the second strongest planet in your chart.

I have been through many transformations in my life, and I also dig for the truth, so I guess it makes sense. Thanks for the link.

My 3 most powerful planets are:
1) Mercury
2) Uranus
3) Neptune

As for the signs:
1) Aquarius
2) Gemini
3) Aries

(When I add the allowed asteroids, my elements all balance like: 21.2% Fire 19.1% Earth 21.1% Water
& my #3 Sign is chged to Pisces.)

My chart is mostly Fixed (sigh) and 38.8% Air as my most powerful element.

I hope I answered that correctly. Thank you for this thread, I like seeing this report on natal powers. Very nice option!
