My dad has his sun conjunct Mars and Mercury in Virgo, virgo ASC and Pluto conj ASC in his 12th house. He's the toughest/strongest person that I know, has a super high pain tolerance, insanely driven and makes his ideas a reality, is not a very empathetic/sensitive person, very fearless and reckless, attracted to "manly" and tough type of things, guns, weapons, fighting. He also has a Aries moon.

I think Mars placed in earth signs can toughen up and control the heated passion of Mars, focusing its energy on tangible results.

Mars/Pluto, I know that's added, I agree on its strength, few can match the endurance and drive of the Mars/pluto conjunction.

Aries/Leo I consider strong signs, in the way they present themselves and what they choose to reveal/ hold their composure, especially so with Leo, the pride lifts them up to appear strong at all times. Not always, but I've met more strong than weak, that's for sure.

I also agree with Cardinal Suns! Maybe just Cardinal emphasis in general.

I know quit a few very strong individuals with emphasized Saturn conjunctions. My uncle has his Venus conj Saturn and is very strong emotionally, works insanely hard and carries himself with a certain "toughness" he's a Taurus sun with Aries moon and his Venus/Saturn are also in Aries.
Another girl I worked with had her sun conj Saturn in cap and her Mars in the 10H, she presented herself very "strong" and aggressively so. Very authorative, but her close Uranus and Neptune made her deceptive and stubborn, she was in a rut ha.

Interesting. I've got Scorpio Mars conjunct the Ascendant exact whilst Parallel Pluto. Of course, it also squares my Midheaven, which is very afflicted. People have tried to mess when me but when I was finished with them they've learned to stay away. I shot them down with my laser eyes.

In my Mars Persona chart I have Capricorn Mars too, which is pretty cool lol

I was gonna add Sun conj Mars.

My friend has it in Libra, which is the fall for the Sun, but the Sun/Mars makes him very strong and very resilient.

He has it in the 8th House, which gives a cool SCorpio vibe to it too lol

For the record I think Cancer mars is a strong aspect. My boyfriend has it and he is a very patient man, but he is very protective of his loved ones. A guy was teasing me over dinner and my boyfriend roasted him so bad, instant protector. I always feel safe with him around! I love cancer mars! My cap mars seems to enjoy their passivity so I can make the decisions lol
