I noticed that pluto-moon one too- quite powerful!Waxlobster: Sorry, I need to post the girls charts, will do in a sec. Y'know my bf has 12h Mars, and he is exactly how you described. And I've noticed that in 12h Moons too. I forget the exact planets the girls have, but two of them have 12h Marses actually. IP: Logged |

He was likely a true sorcerer, a man of power, and it isn't easy to kill them. His Sun makes only a quincunx to Mars. They say that any aspect from Mars to the Sun indicates a very robust physical vitality. Doesn't matter what aspect. And in this case, with this being the only aspect to a peregrine Sun, we have a strong indication of unusual physical strength. The yod of Uranus, Saturn, Pluto and Moon is also extremely powerful. The fact that he was born when the Moon was there indicates that, again, on a somatic level he was tapped into the strength of the energetic currents of that time in a very profound way.

I'm only going off of vague recollections from what I read about them years and years ago. I'll have to brush up on my knowledge again, I think.
Oh wow! I'm gonna finish a youtube documentary and see if they mention it coz I cant find it on wiki unless I'm being stupid, which is likely ^_^ IP: Logged |

I completely agree with this! I've met some manipulative people with strong healing abilities. I mean, I have some healing abilities like many people; although I wouldn't consider myself generally manipulative, I have faults and can be quite negative and sometimes quite mean with my words. I guess if healers were all saints, they would have ascended by now or something. Sorry, I'm not contributing much to the thread. IP: Logged |

I was just reading on Wikipedia that he survived an attempted assassination via a stab wound. Limped all the way home and then got to hospital. I'm beginning to think he might have been an okay guy. Apparently the attacker who stabbed him approached him at first pretending to be a peasant asking for money and he was rooting around in his pockets looking for cash when she stabbed him! And that's true, to the quote above. I don't know why I assumed they wouldn't be aha IP: Logged |

I also completely agree with this. I'm just still not convinced that even his birth date could be accurate. I mean, that was a very long time ago. I can't muster the faith to believe sufficient research has gone into deciphering the exact day? But maybe they were better about that then than I'm imagining... Am I the only one doubting the DOB accuracy? I don't mean to be a downer! IP: Logged |

No Violets, you are (contributing I mean, referring to previous comment aha) I just read what you wrote about if all healers were saints they'd have ascended- that is such a good quote! And it makes me think of altruism in a deeper way yknow. I think I may have approached some things too black-and-white...ly. IP: Logged |

I've encountered some pretty shifty healers, lol. Yes, they could do the job, but...yeesh. IP: Logged |

i love Romanovs, they are my favorite Royal family, they were true friends of my country, they didnt leave Serbian people to fight our battle with more powerfull enemy and they jumped in because they knew what justice and loyalty is- wich is and allways was rare quality.Things you need to know about them - they were very Religious - Alexandra obviously became Ortodox Christian and a hardcore one - they were nurses in war - Olga and Tatiana fancied soldiers - they took a lot of pictures of themselfs - the kids never saw big parts of Russia and when they did they were headed to their prisions - girls even befriended the guards who were their captivators so those guards were often changed - they have sew in their jewls in their dresses wich acted as a protective wests once guards started shooting at them ,making it hard to kill them God forgive them their sins IP: Logged |

Thanks for posting FruityLlama, I don't have time to look properly now but want to do so. It's a period of history I've been fascinated by, so that's really great info!! I'm going to assume the birthtimes are correct for the kids then. x IP: Logged |

@Hemilia: Thanks so much! I finished one documentary last night, and all those came up. What a shame, they seemed such nice girls. Such an awful and unnecessary thing to do.@Waxlobster: No problem! Its really interesting isn't it, I wish I could have seen or go and see today those palaces and what imperial russia looked like. I wonder if any of the palaces are still in use, and if not, what do they look like now having been abandoned? I bet its eery... I assume the times are correct. The rating is AA on astro.com which is where i got those charts from. And I think I made a mistake by stating that two of the girls have a 12H Mars- its actually the 11th house, so apologies! I must have been looking at the chart on the astro.com page where its smaller. IP: Logged |

Folks often had the priest from a nearby parish bless the baby soon after it was born, and the priest was always literate... there was often a record of the child's birth date, and this was kept by families, by the priest, etc. Rasputin himself would have been aware of when his birthday was... even illiterate peasants celebrate their birthdays... come now. We have lots of birth dates for people from all classes from long ago... much longer ago than this... the birth of a child is always a momentous occasion, and if the day of the year is ever known at all, it is ensured that it is known when this occurs. Just because people are illiterate doesn't mean they don't know how to understand dates... it doesn't mean somebody is stupid if they can't read, it just means they weren't taught... IP: Logged |

quote: Originally posted by FruityLlama: Also, Rasputins chart doesn't look overly mystical....or nasty, even...but his eyes tell me he wasn't a great guy though
I first noticed his pluto (ruler of ascendant , apperance) conjunct moon (eyes, public) in 7th house (other people) - he was the creepy pervy(pluto) spiritualist( moon and pluto) in the eyes of the public (moon 7th house) Saturn in2nd might explain his "ascetic" life but also the probable strugle to get $$$ venus as ruler of 12 in the house of personal possesions might mean he earned coin illegaly or used 12th house symbolics to get $ I came here after reading wiki pages on Tatiana and Olga and i kept thinking "gosh thats soooo Gemini of her " for Tatiana - her wish to have friends, her shynes being interpreted as arrogance because how could that smart and social girl ever be shy? But little do people know of whats going on in Geminis head! Alix was the same! Alexandra often said to Nicholas that it seems Tatiana is only one that understands her- ofcourse she did she had her mind.
Olga was emotionaly expressive and had to learn to control her bluntness and honestry - she said what she tought and did not care if you like it or not! Its also interesting to look at their interaction with mother and father - they loved Alexandra but she was so controling, esspecialy twords Olga- as eldest Alix made her be an example to the rest of kids. Olga has moon conjunct saturn, mars, uranus and sun - she must have seen Alexandra as a hard woman
