I've been feeling the return of Saturn quite a lot, my natal Saturn is 15 degrees of Saggitarious and I think it hit me like twice this year with the retro motion, for me in my second house it's been among other things self worth issues and even money issues, a lot of lessons and changes in my life in one year, I do feel is more introspective as it moves direct and retro, I think at this moment is conjuncting my natal by 1 degree so I'm right there with you. All I can say is it hasn't been that bad, just a lot of thinking and changes that I have to understand and make decisionts for me.

As far as work is concerned I've been more serious about it. Working a lot more etc I'm also more serious about exercising I started going to the gym. I'm not in a relationship so I'm not sure what will happen there.

Moving out of home could be a declaration of independence because yes, Saturn in 4th can feel incredibly clausterphobic. And that natal Uranus in 4th often wants to break free from domestic ties or a hum drum environment.

Could trans Uranus in retrograde trine Saturn finally prompt a move? Or will it be when it trines Uranus and the Asc? Or when trans Jupiter trines the Moon in Aquarius?

Or maybe when trans Uranus conjuncts the Sun? There is some change a comin!
