What would a highly aspected mc mean? Of course it depends on the planets and aspects involved; however, some MCs are more and some are less aspected.
Does a highly aspected MC increase anything, like career chances? I once read that an unaspected MC means every possibility to come up and to come down in life…

For example I have:

Moon conj mc (widely)
Mercury, Jupiter and Neptune trine MC
Mars sextile MC
Pluto opposite MC
Saturn and Uranus either inconjuncts or biquintiles (have forgotten which one) the MC

Moon conj mc = yes you can read on my face what I think
Jupiter trine mc = yes, always luck in job and liked by bosses
Etc.
Etc.
But what if you put all together?

Do people with a highly aspected mc have more chances or facettes in their profession/outlook of life?

I would expect the individual to base a lot of their self-worth/ life goals on their career. That can of course indicate increased potential in the career sector, but not NECESSARILY. What it could also mean is a constant feeling of ambition/striving for more.

I have a strongly aspected MC. However, I am extremely artistic (I am a musician), and a lot of my career has plagued me. My ambition/drive is clear from the chart, but at times that can make me very competitive when I feel like I'm not getting to where I want. I think this is common for those who really FEEL their MC due to these aspects.
