What would make someone an entrepreneur? I have a friend who is a Capricorn sun and was born on a day where his moon would either be in Gemini or Cancer. Also, what rising sign?

Depends on the kind of entrepreneurship we're talking about. Offhand, I'd say Gemini moon for your friend's case, but knowing the details might make me change that guess to Cancer.

I'm entrepreneurial. While I can see a lot in my chart that plays into that, I'd say that my creative 5H Sag moon (and stellium) just doesn't like being kept on a firm schedule, let alone micromanaged. Working for myself gives me a lot of freedom. I do have to keep enough clients happy with me, but other than that I decide how and when I get it done, and that freedom is important to me. (Of course different people have different motivations for why they become entrepreneurs.)

I'd be inclined to think my Leo ASC makes me repelled by what a lot of people put up with in jobs with many demands most just take for granted and seem trivial but aren't to me. (I know more than once managers have complained online about their spineless employees, and I've asked them what kind of employees they would hire that WEREN'T spineless, and if they had me as an employee, they'd replace me with a spineless drone ASAP.) But my mom has the same kind of Leo ASC and she actually takes pride in the crap she put up with, similar (I think) to the pride of a a person who climbs a mountain (not because it's easy, but because it's hard). It's funny how we see each, two Leo Risings of the same decan who take a lot of pride in who we are as individuals and look upon the other with some measure of bafflement wondering "how can she allow that to happen to herself?"
