But what does it mean to be strongly Venusian? quote: Originally posted by Astra: I agree with Libracorn. If you are willing to work hard and have an interest in death, then you would be a great mortician! Charts simply show your potential or what qualities you would bring to your chosen profession. For example, a doctor that is strongly Venusian will practice differently than a doctor who is strongly Saturnian. Why not try shadowing a mortician for at least a week (ideally 1 month) and see if your interest remains strong? You can read about a profession or dream about it all you like, but you won't have any clue what it entails until you speak and interact with people who are morticians. Ask them what they like about their job and what they don't like. Ask them if they would pick this career again if they could start over. Ask them what qualities should a good mortician possess.

I have Jupiter and Chiron in the 8H and my dream job was to be a medical examiner, though it's a crazy amount of school so I decided against it. Death fascinates me IP: Logged |

How much school is it? I know for Mortician it's four years that's the requirement for my state. quote: Originally posted by aquagembaby: I have Jupiter and Chiron in the 8H and my dream job was to be a medical examiner, though it's a crazy amount of school so I decided against it. different states have different requirements and names but by mortician i'm assuming you will be assisting in the autopsies? a medical examiner is a doctor that basically runs the morgue so school can take 8+ years. IP: Logged |
