The thoughts that are associated with OCD. I have had them before, it's like getting a song in your head that you can't stop thinking on. (ear worm) I did some research on it and the two come from the same part of the brain. To stop them you actually need to be crazy and say the word stop. Something about hearing your own voice will stop the process. God, I hate to explain it but I would have thoughts of seeing bodies chopped up and plain gory things. Psycology wise it was like my minds way of telling myself I felt not all together. The mind is a tricky thing and how it works. What thoughts are you having and don't worry, they are just thoughts and it does not make something wrong with you. Anyone who understands OCD or educated knows there is a side to it that is not the most pleasant. Some people actually have thoughts of hurting someone they love or other things and then feel compelled to pray and omit that person out of their life. When in reality you wouldn't hurt a fly. A lot of times this comes from someone who loved you who hurt you and you realize something inside you that relates to them but doesn't mean you are them. My mom was schizophrenic, my grandmother placed on me whenever I didn't act according to her wishes " that I was going to be just like my mother" I subconsiously feared this although I never knew. So when my OCD came out, I thought I was literally losing my mind. It took a therapist to convince me that it can't happen to me, I am too old for it. That I was actually blessed to be a very bright young lady as she put it. Given all the chaos I grew up in and abuse that I endured statistically I should be an alcoholic, drug addict or checked out of life all together. I am none of these things and my mind found healthy people to bounce off of as she put it.

Like your therapist said... past a certain age, you're in the clear.

Find the way for you to get lots of self-nurturing, and self-acceptance. Build a solid inner identity knowing that she is a not-you, even if you have bio-bridge.

Get with a trained grounded prayer minister, priest, or energy worker/practitioner... Energetically, 'break the power of words' spoken over you. Family curses...

If you contact him... He might create a thorough Virgo-detailed video on that topic!
(I think I'd heard that he may be looking for topic suggestions right now?)

Thank you for this reply I know personally some people who have OCD but havent talked to them about it nor have I gone to the doctors to see about it for myself. I am a virgo sun at 0 degrees maybe that gives me a strong virgo influence.

Ok, I will look into those things but mostly my OCD is manageable . I get nervous to new stimuli and choatic situations, I do not like upset etc.
