Earth signs can definitely be controlling for the lighter sings. The earth is strong it brings us back to the ground, so anyone who is in a bit of whirl, it will be brought back in a good or not so good way.

I have moon conjunct pluto in the first, sometimes when I feel slighted I have a tendency to say something like you shouldn't have done xyz and abc is the way to have handled that.
