I say Sweet Peas because of the nature of the topic.

Both you and Faith have a wealth of knowledge. I am concerned that the older (in terms of membership), experienced and wiser members are starting to give up moderator status or leave.

I am so sad about this and I absolutely oppose it! (read: I feel very strongly that things will get worse if this continues to happen).

No offense, but you're approaching this from a perspective that's not likely to work here. I know your intentions are good, and you assume we'll all talk it out like adults. Heck, if we could, things would never have sunk to this level in the first place. People can talk about real issues, but when even basic humanity being ignored - what are you going to say to them? There's literally no common ground to stand and talk.

If you read any of the things that these people have said/written, you would know how hard people have tried over the years to have a conversation with them - it's just not possible.

Appropriate consequences for actions are the only way to get things up n running again.

I can't believe we're losing such good people for Ami's sake. Is this her personal website? Why does she get a free pass for atrocious behaviour? Not to mention gross incompetence.
