With a broken heart, I have to join Faith, and I will use her words for why I do it:

A person who can cheer on another person as they give death threats should not be a moderator.

I thought of myself as being able to bring some of my knowledge and love for astrology to this place.

and from randalls words: there is a huge difference between wishing someones death (which is what VIC did) and threatening to kill someone. Lets make that clear.

Words from Randall is his opinion, he may have the same opinion as you, doesn't mean it's automatically right.

I can completely understand you.
Remember the conversation we had some months ago? You were so hopeful then, and I had wished being able to still believe in the good in this place as you did back then. It hurts me to see that you, too, had to make that painful learning experience, that sometimes things (and people) change for the worse, and a place can change so much that there is just little resemblance left with what it used to be, and yet we try to find the traces of the past light in it.

It`s not gone, though, I´ve seen it in glimpses here and there in recent weeks.

There will be great astrology still being done around here, even though mostly, cause it manages to stay "undercover".

Can we start a thread in Sweet peas and have an open discussion about how to resolve this in a way that you can stay?
I say Sweet Peas because of the nature of the topic.

Both you and Faith have a wealth of knowledge. I am concerned that the older (in terms of membership), experienced and wiser members are starting to give up moderator status or leave.

I am so sad about this and I absolutely oppose it! (read: I feel very strongly that things will get worse if this continues to happen).

That is a gross assumption that you have little evidence for Soren.
You have no idea what other's lives are truly like, nor where they came from, or how hard they had to fight to get where they are.

Surely enough damage has been done here.
