Also, Jupiter joining Saturn-Pluto may indicate a peak or climax of this transit, and its themes. Rick Tarnas, in his seminal work "Cosmos and Psyche" devotes several chapters to the Saturn-Pluto cycle and how these archetypes play out in history.

The Mueller investigation of allegations against the Trump campaign of Russian collusion, as well as the investigations now being conducted by the Justice Department into the origins of the counterintelligence investigation are correlations of Saturn in major aspect to Pluto. I expect major developments or these matters coming to a peak.

With Pluto empowering whatever it touches, aligned with Jupiter-Saturn (the law and justice) I expect Bill Barr and the Justice Department are going to be front and center in the next year.
