I've just been fired for 'misconduct' very minor incident used against me when other employees in my team have done the same or similar and not been reprimanded.
I've been a target as they have been making the whole team casual employees and I was the last remaining full timer. This has really screwed me, they also didn't pay my former manager out for weeks which has me really worried for my own payout, I need to live.

I am sorry to hear of your job loss, but perhaps the worst has already come?

I have moon at 18 pisces, so I should be feeling something, but nothing major, just some unease. I've already seen some very shady stuff happen in the workplace, so not sure if that is it or just a harbinger.

I have never really quite understood people's fascination with "new moon","full moon", lunar returns/solar eclipses and the like. I feel like i am missing out on interesting information

Soo sorry you are experiencing this.....
But! Who Knows, Cultstatus.... AND!, Please know that SOMETIMES things like these are are 'blessings' in disguise.

Something similar to that happened to me late 1980s early 1990s?
The perpetrators who did that to ME, were doing shady things with the money and spending.
They took a business that (when I was hired) went from 5 people, to umbrella-companies with over 200.
There were VERY unfair behaviors some employees were doing against others on the sly.
I noticed it, and did something about it. I voluntarily stayed after work (and well-past midnight) in order to DONATE my time to those employees who were being stolen from, in order to MAKE SURE they had a leveled playing field, and 'fair shot' at projects they were bidding on (that would sustain their jobs).
I didn't mind not being paid for it-- because it gave ME inner-satisfaction to see my coworkers RECEIVE the fair-chance what was DUE them. (When some things "ain't Right" ... that is NOT acceptable.)

After I was fired....
and 'because' of those scoundrels' greedy sneaky DECEITs, and mismanagement, the corporation collapsed, and went BACK to only being a crew of 4 or 5 people. The one's I'd helped?... were the ones who remained employed in the end. (They were breadwinners for their family.)

One of them that retained his position, was a native Hawaiian. Part of what his coworkers did was based on racial/cultural gross Discrimination....

I still have the little dollar-store crystal small hand-sized flower vase he gave me as a Christmas gift. ...

The full moon is a culmination of energies at their zenith that have been building up for at least a little while and now are manifesting outwardly in decisions or actions, expected or unexpected.
