The first selfie, known to man, was taken in 1839, but it not until 2009 when Flickr used the word selfie that it became a mainstream hashtag. Today 93 million selfies are taken every day. And going by the trend, one person will take an average 25,700 selfies in a lifetime. We are definitely living in a selfie generation, so what roles are people playing…...Here's a video------------------

I live with 2 selfie junkies! Their placements are:-Aries Sun/Mercury, Cap Mars, Pisces Venus/Asc
-Taurus Sun, Cancer Moon/Venus/Asc, Gem Merc, Aries Mars I HAAAAAAAATE selfies and pics in general. Cancer Sun/Merc/Venus, Virgo Mars, Cap Moon, Leo Asc. You'd have to pay me serious cash to pose for you.. IP: Logged |

Very interesting, Farfaraway.  You do nice presenting, and your website is clean and unique and very attractive. (Congratulations.) You have a grasp on the general understanding of zodiac signs. Maybe one day you will be able to really dig in to add to the research. Certainly, there are some now who are attempting to learn where the merge-points are for the different branches of astrology and astronomy. I'm a Sun Gemmy.
I've never partaken in doing a selfie.
Been sorta camera shy all my life, actually.  Gemini taking 'group' pictures? Answer is Yes in TWO ways, of course! LOL If elegant groupings and close ups of Beautiful plants, vegetation, flora, trees count? then yes!  Photo-bombing??? LOL The other yes-- is that if I see a family (or a couple) who is taking a picture and one is left out, then I cheerfully step-in and OFFER to take their picture for them.  *No one left behind!* LOL

When I dress up and look good, I am a selfie fiend. I avoid pictures at all costs when I don't look good though, and I am very sensitive to pictures (I don't think I'm very photogenic). I think the main things driving this in my chart is my Leo moon (I love the attention, affection, and compliments I get from my selfies), my Moon in the 10th house (Moon also conjunct MC), my Libra ascendant, and my Ascendant trine Venus. I have a mini-trine ...Gemini 7th house Mercury, trine Neptune-rx in Libra 10th. Both Neptune Libra and Mercury Gemini sextile 443 'Photographica' Leo 28.52 H9. Gemini Sun H6 Taurus
Taurus Venus H5 Taurus I had owned a high quality camera in the 1980s, and captured some remarkable photos of close-ups of local people's faces. (not models) Before that, in the mid 1970s, I visited NiagraFalls and for just a brief moment, I happened to see a shot, and I photographed a very spectacular Rainbow off the ledge of the waters. I gave the film to a processing company to develop. When I went to collect my pictures, they told me the film was ruined, even the negatives. Then later that year, a poster came out that became VERY popular.

Not a fan. I feel as I'm putting myself in danger giving to much information away.Or maybe my curiosity has made me realize how vulnerable we all are to data mining and web security. My Planets

Nothing I feel a need to do everyday. I only like taking them for special occasions like weddings(not during), Halloween, tried a new hair style, job interviews. I do selfies maybe every other month. Gemini asc

She has a unique fashion sense. But she has told me herself that it wasn't good for her and was starting to place her self worth in it. she takes lots of FB breaks. Yes! people can do weird things to people's pictures. Hearing about cat fishing, pedos saving pictures of peoples children. A long time ago on LL someone was taking people's photo's from an astrology and appearance thread, and then posted them on a smash or pass website. Though I wasn't a victim to it, I deleted my photos and won't post them here now. IP: Logged |

Do you always feel it or do you feel it more towards the beginning stages of a new relationship, then it dies off after the first 6 months as your Scorpio Moon gets comfortable? ------------------

I don't really take selfies often except to look at myself or to just update people on snapchat that I'm still alive LmfaoMy sister who I'm close to is very comfortable around the camera and recording people I can take pictures but I don't like to be recorded I blush and move the camera I used to be one of those insecure girls that would take ten selfies a day and post them all over snap chat like look at how pretty I am omgggg Now I realized beauty is in the eye of the beholder yes most of society has a preconceived idea of beauty but I'm going to float to the less popular side of that arena Like right now my hair is short and red which is weird for me I don't think I look weird I think I look beautiful but my hair used to be long blonde a stereotypical beauty now I'm going for something more me as an updated sense of sense Libra-sag-Gemini
