Yeah its true I found two days ago gray hairs in my 34-years old head  very disappointing  I think it must be due Saturn opposition Mc transit. If anyone has noticed something similar or any experiences please share  IP: Logged |

Well, I remember I started getting gray hairs at about 16. I can't say much about transits there or placements, but I do know I was super stressed, studying massive amounts day in and out 5x the usual than teens my age back then. I'm pretty sure that did it :P So trust me 34 is normal for gray hair I think lolIP: Logged |

Capricorn is said to rule the hair and Saturn rules Capricorn and the Midheaven (aka the 10th house) is naturally ruled by Capricorn sooooooooo I guess that's why you're focusing on your hair right now. I wouldn't be surprised if your skin, knees, joints and skeletal system (all ruled by Cap) also become of importance to you right now too.IP: Logged |

I can not open the link... is it still valid or is it China's block?I first realised about my gray hair when I was 28, about 6months working very long hours mostly using brain function.
People in IT business, in planning, those who need to use their brain in maximum capacity usually will have gray hair earlier than others. My observation. In TCM, gray hair is said to be the sign of the deterioring in kidney (energy) function. That the kidney does not have enough energy to nurture the hair as it should.
Some food that replenish the kidney are black beans, black sesame seeds, and black eared fungus.
The most natural way to nurture the kidney is to have enough sleep and rest. IP: Logged |

From personal experience, there was a time when I deliberately ate a lot of black sesame paste. They taste yummy and help restore kidney function. So why not? As hot pot condiment. With honey as afternoon tea dessert.The link I found on this:

Children are now growing gray hairs. It could be because of the stressful lifestyle we lead?I started noticing mine during 2014. In the middle of my Saturn return. I was not alarmed and still not( as more has risen) In my case I understand why. I worry a lot and find it hard to relax or take it easy(Moon/Mars square on the Ic). So most times I feel very tense. I've been finding grey hairs since I was 19. That was 2010. Not sure what kind of planetary happenings were occurring around then!It's HAS to be because we're all leading more stressful lives (everyone forgets that social media is a big stressor). Yeah! I have been more or less stressed past 9 years. Past generations didnt have this hectic lifestyle. (But on the other hand hard lives in diff point of view perhaps..) And because i dont have that much earth on my natal chart i thought it must be some transit. It literally felt they appeared during *one night*. I realize it might not be like that but still.Of course you can get grays when you are young but im interested what is going on in the heavens when it happens In not that alarmed but have to say it doesn't help when you are wishing to have a family of your on in some point. And your body is saying like i go to sleep mode now and suck all the energy back in. Bye! IP: Logged |

I had three, when I was 23. I think from hurting my head. They really started to come in after 34, but I think it was mainly due to the consistent stress, and a poor diet (I have stomach issues). IP: Logged |
