I have this aspect in Aquarius trining Saturn in 7th house. Any opinions on this? :-)

2nd is palate, tongue,throat
(Neptune vices)
but speech too. Mars can be
agressive/aggression.

I just thought of the tarot cards
and how Aqua is a sword when we
think of the words in which can be
delivered by an Aqua they can be
cutting. Depending on subject, time,
person it's intended for. So perhaps
in the 2nd it could mean to be aware
how powerful your words are. Actually
for good or bad.

That's not generally indicated unless Mars is in awkward/stressful aspect with Neptune. Mars fused with Neptune renders the assertive energies more imaginative and allows action to go further into the mind. In the 2nd house it could be connected to how you gain income, but in its more basic sense shows an innate talent that has become fixed in how you reach out to your surroundings. That is, assuming your chart is correctly cast on the Asc and it really does fall in the 2nd house. Not a guarantee.

For some reason I have always thought Mars-Neptune as defying the limitations of the body or movement that is fluid.

Improvised dancing, martial arts, synchronized swimming, gymnastics or astral travelling.

Poisoning seems more Neptune related (without Mars) and perhaps in the 8th? Not so much the 2nd.
