Hi
I need help how I am able to balance this hard aspect. It's completely the opposites (reality vs fantasy)

I was going through a very hard depression/breakdown/life change the last few years. I suspect this was one of the aspects that i really needed to heal and face....and i did! i accepted Saturn's lessons, face reality (face my unconscious issues, and balanced my dream world (unconscious) shadow self and integrated my ego (reality).

So what's next? lol i am asking because this is my natal, and this will not change.

I think of Saturn on Neptune as a rude awakening. But this is likely a transit.

Natally it is read as Neptune(slower moving planet) on Saturn(faster moving one). And this could suggest decision making being obscure or unclear.

Neptune tends to have a "all resistance crumbles" effect. So even on sober Saturn, there could be instances of irrational decisions made or decisions being influenced by ideals.

Was it a transit of Saturn on Neptune in 4th?

Oh ok. My assumption is that Saturn is in the 7th/1st house?

Saturn in 1st often gives an austere self image. Other people may see u as "wise" and mature for ur age.

Physically it can have the impact of the individual being extremely sensitive to physical ailments i.e bone density, skin issues, height/weight challenges etc.

The impact could also be feeling like the physical body is restricting or restrictive in some way.

Maybe it doesn't look the way the individual wants it to? Maybe you are judged too harshly by others for having it? Maybe people expect too little/too much from you because of it ?

Neptune in aspect to Saturn in 1st could suggest there could be physical softening up of the body-since it aspects the ascendant.

I would watch for health issues associated with ageing since Neptune can weaken things and Saturn is sensitized to wear and tear.

Perhaps also the change of physical appearance by way of either abandoning certain grooming rituals beause you are just "tired". Or through physical rituals that include pulling back on things that tax the body physically i.e gym, walking long distances etc.

Neptunes effect can be constant sleep or periodic rests. So going on and on 24/7 is not likely favourable. Stamina is likely not strong.

Yes, this square is a clash between the work and responsibility in life (Saturn) and the more fanciful, imaginative, or spiritual aspects (Neptune).

The key is first to not believe these different areas of life are actually in conflict, but only that your own starting point in life (past life experiences) lead you to that tendency. Finding balance is therefore not a matter of resolving a conflict, but of finding integration in which each planetary energy is allowed its full space to work.

Part of the tendency of this aspect relates to insecurity, worry, material security seeming idefinite, etc. This is because Neptune's more transcendent work of spirituality and connecting to higher things through the mind requires letting go of literalism and the idea that material factors determine the outcomes. Material factors are just that -- the materials we have to work with, not the rulers of destiny or determiners of outcomes.

Allow the Neptunian urge to build with the imagination in spiritual practice and/or in creative practice so that you gain the expereince of feeling yourself molding and shaping reality. Understand that is a cooperative venture of Earth and Spirit (us and the unseen). Hypnosis can be a very good tool for this so long as your intention is clearly framed and you work with a guide you trust. So if you leave time and space for this in your life, then you can still face the work and responsibility that is part of daily life.

Related to the 4th house, if there are factors in early life that are contributing to your insecurity through negative beliefs resulting from lack of support, dependency issues of parents, etc, be sure to identify and neutralize those things as not you, so you can move on.
