Check this out though. If we look at Valentine (inside) and Neptune (outside) together, we can see that Neptune's Valentine is on Valentine's NN. Also, Neptune's Jupiter is on Valentine's Pluto and Neptune's Pluto is on Valentine's Valentine. All three (Valentine, Pluto, and Neptune) are resonating very much together. Recall, Pluto was discovered in the 12th house.
