I like horror movies (but not torture porn movies, with blood and splash)

The exorsist is the only horror movie that has scared me for real of all the ones I have seen.

But I feel sick by violence as I have become older. I liked tarantinos movies before (Kill Bill!) . But now I cant stand all that violence and blood. Makes me sick.

And research show that movies traumatizes human beings, leaving traces in our brains. Things that get imprented for ever.

I have sun- neptune trine.
And venus-neptune.
Pisces Dc.
Neptune in 5th. So not that many neptine aspects.

I’m highly empathic though and feel sick watching violence and horror. Although I like ”suggestive” horror movies but those are very very rare to find!

This high level of sensitivity relates most to Neptune, especially challenging aspects. Moon possibly, but what you describe about it affecting your sleep and needing a light on relates more to Neptune, since our Lunar energies generally enjoy being jostled emotionally in some way.

Do you have a stressed aspect between Moon and Neptune -- or Saturn and Neptune?

The other thing would be Pluto and its aspects. This can relate to getting stuck in certain emotive states, like if you've got Moon in stressful aspect to Pluto.

But overall, this relates to impressionability that affects the imagination.

interesting point Kannon. My moon opp Venus, conjunct Pluto loosely, sextile Mars (no Neptune/Moon), however my sun square Neptune and inconjunct Pluto.

I stumbled upon a youtube video in regards to Chiron in 12H. I am not sure if you have studied the asteroid and she made some interpretation how it may play out. She said this can place a fear in paranoia activities and perhaps even death. It really described how I felt and the emotional experience. It's barely positive. The thrill is not worth the torture of how I felt after watching this type of horror movies. I wish I can, but I just can't. (Watching didn't de-sensitize which I had hope for.)
