I agree in that sense. For me love that transcends time and space is more neptune while venus is more earthly yes.

Sounds right. Yes, we mostly disagree based upon terminology. Likely my fault. It is flesh versus the spirit which oppose each other. We have both. Chiron at least attacks the carnal side IMO. Not only Venus. I just like to pick on Venus because it is the best example for juxtaposition.

I had that transit in 2013, transit Chiron trine my Venus, Uranus was in the 5th house which lead to an internet romance with someone REALLY far from a different culture, lasted a good 2 years, we never saw each other though, broke my heart cause it turned really ugly.
