TY. I tried to address having faith in something outside of self (soul) to remove fear. It could be a support group, family, friends, etc. I referred to it as a Higher Power.

Yes I would let myself feel the pain, that is the first step but after I would create meaning of what is happening and find a new purpose. I would develop a deeper connection with nature and hopefully become friends with some animals. I would let my memories keep me company and have faith this is happening for a reason and radically accept my situation. I would have faith that I might come across eventually another human, I would let myself think that is possible.

Honestly though I don't have survival skills to make it alone in a stranded island. I am not naked and afraid material LOL.

I hate it, I hope to overcome all my fears so I don't feel fear.Getting rid of fear is about confronting your fears and putting yourself in the situation you fear so it no longer has that power over you.

Honestly, I think that is the only way to really get rid of fear, living through it yet there are a lot of things I don't want to live through but that is were faith comes in maybe, that belief you can overcome anything and heal the worst kind of trauma and hence the power of faith in eliminating fear.

DNA and Biology .. are the 'things creatED'.

In one of the least-spiritual times in my life, I was encountered.. during a dream that turned Lucid Experience in 1987. I had a Life transforming Direct experience in the Spiritual realms. Some call it a Conversion Experience.

When I woke up, I was NEVER the same again. Never.

Like testimonies of people who are revived after having a NDE-- Life changed.

And, in the same way when you have sexual intercourse-- you cannot 'un-Know' what you experienced.

So plain actually.

That's what 'I heard' in the Trey Smith vids.

I 'perceived' his Love for God, who is The Creator, of 'us'.

It's a Love BEYOND all the created-Wonderful 'things' ... like Nature, like our biology. It all came from "Something"... and That Something, is in the weave and fabric of ALL things Tangible-- visibly and in-visibly.

EVERYTHING is Held-Together .. because GOD Exists.

God made us 'in his Image' .. in his Imagination, and SPOKE us into Being.

We are His Thoughtforms-- The work of his Hands and Handiwork, like the Cosmos.

We are Waking UP to the Core-Origin of the fact we are in an energetic matrix, a Thought-Field, Originally Intended and formed for the Purpose of Love.
