Venus retrograde in the first
Anytime Saturn aspects the ASC
Saturn in the 1st or 6th
Jupiter in the first (can go either way, big loss big gains)
Venus in 1st or 6th SRFor me, the above all resulted in weightloss.
Beware of Jupiter/Venus. For me, anytime those two aspect each other, it results in gain. IP: Logged |

I lost A LOT of weight with combination of, Uranus in 6th house and Saturn on my ASC.

I second the Saturn in 1st. I lost weight when it transited my 1st, and its gone but I have kept the weight off. Jupiter is transiting my 12th, but when it's done it will eventually go through my 1st... I will have to watch for that one. IP: Logged |

I lost 40 lbs of weight when Saturn transited my 1st house. This was a conscious effort on my part. My health was being impacted by my weight so I cut back on how much I was eating, which let's be honest. Eating entire boxes of pasta and consuming entire bags of chips in one sitting isn't healthy for anyone. Simply reducing how much I was eating was enough to lose a significant amount of weight. I've kept the weight off so far and I am not planning on doing anything that makes it come back.Uranus transiting 6th house also sounds like it would contribute to weight loss. This could potentially indicate a time when someone decides to live a healthier lifestyle. IP: Logged |

In my case it was the reverse LOL I had been skinny my whole life and a good portion of it underweight until my mid 20s...Then when tr saturn hit my AC during that year that it transited my first house I gained a bunch of weight like I never had before, probably like 15-20 pounds, I didn't even notice it happened. Its bc when Tr Saturn conjuncted my AC there was heavy stuff that took place in my life lol which I think led to the weight gain several months later. BUT towards the end tr Saturn on my 1H I had lost all the weight I had gained back before it entered my 2nd house and have kept it off since. IP: Logged |

I think scorpio risers tend to have fast metabolisms so tr pluto through the first speeds up metabolism I think.I would think tr saturn on your AC through the 1h would slow down your metabolism but if you utilize the discipline of saturn to lose weight you can lose a bunch of weight too in this transit. Transit Uranus on the AC also probably speeds up metabolism. Come to think of it uranus or pluto may just suppress your appetite a bit while jupiter and venus would increase it. IP: Logged |

I lost the most weight when Saturn was transiting my 6th house, I was very serious about it. I also lost weight when Jupiter was transiting my 6th house without trying too hard, just wanted to eat more healthy. Jupiter transit the 5th I gained so much weight from carelessness.IP: Logged |

Saturn/Venus transits. I'm going through the trine right now. I'm just not hungry, and I have a very active job that keeps me walking/running most of the time. I gained weight when Saturn transited my 6th house. I was also diagnosed with a metabolic disorder during that time. I lost the weight when I started taking the medication I needed to regulate my metabolism. Just my 2 cents. IP: Logged |

I lost lots of weight when Jupiter was transiting in virgo in my 1th house and uranus in my 6th. Due to bulemia. But it was a period of 3-5 months. I recovered very fast and never looked back thankfully! (Uranus, sudden turns?!)I was not fat at all so it was not in order to loose weight. Also I thought I looked ugly as hell when I lost that much weight, it was due to other stuff that I got sick with bulemia. So thanfully when them problems went away I recovered. IP: Logged |

Yeah. In my view Saturn/Cap influences dull the senses or appetite.I lost a lot of weight when my nSat/nVen were conjunct trans Sat. I am already quite lean. The transit had me drop whatever plumpness I had up to a point where I appeared gaunt. It was not on purpose. But I shed weight anyways. IP: Logged |

Now that would explain (with my virgos asc) how the hell I can keep an healthy weight and life style even though I have a Venus-Jupiter conjunction AND Taurus Sun  . I looove choclate and chips! But yes I have Moon-Mars and chiron opposite Saturn in 4th.

when Uranus was transiting conjunct my Sun, I lost a lot of weight quickly. It was not intended, I was just so wired and hyper, I expended twice as much energy. As, at the time, Saturn was transiting conjunct my Mars, square transiting Uranus + natal Sun I sprained my ankle; not once but about 3 times (due to muscle loss!). I think my weight stabilised again then, as I was limping for 6 months :-) ------------------
