Im not sure if it's an average thing to be able to remember things from an age as young as 2 or 3, but I remember quite a lot from when I was a child. I was just lying here thinking. When I realized that some "memories" I even wonder if they actually happened or if they were just a dream or something my mind made up. Like they can be small little things like a building , that seems like a memory but also dreamlike. Some of these memories I checked to make sure they were real from my family members. A lot of them were proven true. But some other things they're like "I dont remember that" when I could of sworn. I dont know it's a bit weird. Nonetheless I do remember things from years years ago from even the age of like 2 years old. Anyone else have this experience? What placements can cause this?------------------ I appreciate the masterpiece that is you, because your existence alone is art IP: Logged |

Probably something to do with Pisces Neptune and 12th house along with Mercury. Scorpio Pluto and 8th house as well. I can't give specific things though, it's too varied depending on the person.IP: Logged |

I do have this, remembering very early memories. Although I have to point out that remebering things from 2 years old is according to science, impossible. Its around the age of 4 ones memories can at the earliest go back. If you have vcr video recordings of your childhood, and you have watched them growing up, it can be those who got ingrained as "memories". Otherwise, at 2 years old, the mind and brain is not that developed I'm afraid. What I have read of so far anyway.I have very good childhood memories, to the point that I even remember nightmares I had, the exact plot in them dreams and what and how I felt. I remember one very nice and southing dream I had aswell. Its not only memories in the way of snippets of happenings I remember, I also remember HOW I felt, what I thought, how I reasoned and thats really remarkable I think. Of course feelings of anger and frustrations is the ones I remember strongest, negative feelings. Not that I had a bad childhood, I mean, you know when you get frustrated your mother did not attent to something you needed, didn't give you attention, or this and that toy etc. I have read that Neptune in 4th house can make one remember very early childhood memories. And strong neptune contacts. Nostalgic memories that is.
I have Neptune in 4th in contact with my Sun, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, N.node, Asc (In virgo btw) and Dsc. And to Pluto in my 3rd house btw, thats something aswell I think?

Im not saying exactly 2 years old. That's just a rough estimate. But I know I was very very young. So I dont doubt I have memories from very close to that age. Ive even confirmed my memories with my family members. So Im somewhat know the time friend/age I was. I dont know Ive never heard of a cutoff age for remembering things. That's new info to me. But who knows, a lot of times we probably falsely remember a lot of things. The mind is a weird thing. ------------------ I appreciate the masterpiece that is you, because your existence alone is art IP: Logged |

Yes indeed. I remember something, a conversation my mother and father had, and when I told my mother that memory, she said it was impossible for me to remember that, as I was around 1-1,5 years old when they had that conversation. So yeah dunno, the mind is mystical I guess, and science is not on point on many things

Mercury in Virgo is good for remembering details, facts, procedures, skills...plans, too.I can't remember emotional memories to save my life, though. Unless I'm suddenly triggered by a memory and then I can get pretty emotional (Moon in 4th). IP: Logged |

I think Virgo placements for details and memories, and Cancer placements (especially Moon) for emotions.I have Mercury in Virgo and I can honestly say, people can’t f**k with my memories. It makes a sextile to my Moon in Cancer. Once my emotions are triggered, my Mercury works like a time machine. I can remember important things (sometimes word per word) someone said at a certain point in time and can even remember the place, time, what certain people in focus were wearing, who I was with, the weather, etc. I used photogaphic memory to remember useless facts I needed for exams before. One of the memories I always remembered and used against my dad was the time he pulled a gun at my mom when I was 8 years old. We were living at the house right next to our old house, and we were in the main bedroom. The walls were blue, it was in the middle of the night. I remember pretending to be half asleep when I woke up because my parents were fighting about money. My dad lost his sh*t on my mom, she was crying as she was sitting on a chair right in front of him. I remember he took out a lighter and burned a cheque. Then he went to his wardrobe and searched for his gun behind his clothes and tried to point it at my mom, but she was quick enough. She stopped his arm while she was crying. I told the cops this when my mom filed a verbal threats case against him. They doubted my memory. To this day, my dad denies it and tells everyone I’m lying. But psychology has proven you are more likely to remember negative events than positive ones. I know for sure it happened. I also have Virgo in the 4th house. IP: Logged |

I have mars in cancer in the 12th conjunct South nodeMercury square south node Pluto in scorpio in the 4th Pisces moon in the 9th quintile neptune and uranus The earliest memory I have is from being around one month old...my Vision is blurry but I remember seeing my mother and uncle talking and eating ice cream..i clearly feel every emotion my mother is feeling.. Her feeling extremely sad and frustrated about my father not being helpful and some issues with my grandmother (her mother in law) Then I have memories from being six months old Those above are confirmed by my mother Many other memories from ages of 2,3,etc that I remember mostly from my plays with other children and the houses we moved into and the neighborhoods I believe I remember the moment I was born too, even though I haven't talked about it with anyone... At that specific moment when I came into this world I felt very sad, cold and depressed.. I wanted to go back wherever I was before .. When I opened my eyes everything was blurry but I could see that the room was dark and very large and quiet.. I gasped for air and felt like I was going to suffocate.. Finally I took a deep breath and I can't remember the rest I was born via c section (my mother didn't want to take the pain)..and when I was born she was unconscious and I don't remember being handed over to her.. I think this added to how alone I felt and how unconnected with her I remained IP: Logged |

Moon aspected. My mother is Cancer but have no aspects to the Moon I think and she has often a very bad memory ! But a childhood friend has Moon with no aspects and I think her memory is okay... And I would say good aspects to the Moon, maybe.. Saturn well aspected to the Moon Moon in Cancer gives some importance to the emotional things of her past, has an emotional memory.. and maybe a good memory of her childhood, but I haven't checked this Maybe Moon in Taurus has a great memory alsoMaybe we should check the chart of someone suffering from hypermnesia ! that would be interesting IP: Logged |

I have a good memory... I think so. I don't remember details like the shirt someone was wearing(unless it was significant to what I'm trying to remember), but I remember what they said or did and the order things played out. Scorpio MoonIP: Logged |

You should always tell yourself you have a good memory even if you’re not sure you do By convincing yourself you do it will make you believe it and when you do that you’re more likely to act as if it is a true facts and when this true fact it’s implemented tangible results IP: Logged |

Would a cnj between Moon/ Jupiter in an Air ascendant (house1, the head) be beneficial for memory? Maybe an Air trine with Jup/Moon/Uranus (mental planes), perhaps in houses 1/4/8 or 3/7/11 (communication, neighbors+others+groups/wishes,dreams).I read Mercury can be a bad omen with memory. Idk though about thst. A rx Neptune might be good (memory waters, huge depths of memory). Uranus as a current can work either way. I'd think poorly in water house. Like a short how electricity generally isn't compatible with water. Then There's Saturn (Father Time). He's known to drag his Scythe around with Karma in mind so he forgets nothing. Unless badly aspected.
