Mars/Pluto - Any aspect really, but the hard ones (Conjunction, Square, Opposition) radiates more intensity. The fact you can hardly control your passions makes you extremely sexy and even dangerous. You conduct yourself like an animal and throw yourself into everything you do. Unlike Pluto-Ascendant, you can truly be a sexual being. The ascendant is mostly how one comes off instead of it being their actual aggression and physical energy. Pluto-Mars is the real deal, no problem getting things done.

Sun/Ascendant or Sun/Mars- Most entertainers have this aspects. If not most of them. I feel like it's a requirement sometimes. The Sun represents your life force and spirit when connected to either the Rising sign or Mars their can be a lot of glow to the individual. You can make a room shine. You come off as kingly, brave and righteous. Both of them can give a "sincere" presence and others will see you as honest and fun to be around. So as long as your not depressive or moody. Good hair and skin.

Moon/Ascendant - Gives one a soft, baby face. You look like your mom. Feminine and nurturing. Same goes for Moon-Mars. Not sexual but cute and bubbly. Women feel at ease around you, men will test you. "Pretty boy". Moon makes you come off as childish. You don't necessarily "think". Whatever the moon touches uses feeling and intuition. It can't be helped. But this is really a fantastic aspect for "physical attractiveness". Almost more so than the sun. It makes you cute and pale, but not hot and glowing (Sun).

Neptune/Mars/Ascendant - You look otherworldly. You embody the spiritual. Others may see you as lost, creative, empathetic, confused, caring, gullible, talented, Christ-like, a martyr, and "hippyish". Neptune is the higher octave of Venus, so yes you will be extremely "cute". Which may make you look naive even if you're not. If you have a Neptune-Mars aspect it's more probable this will happen, Mars represents how you handle your physicality and ambition.

If your chart ruler is connected to Venus this can give you charm and sociability. Although Mars represents the physical build, Venus is the social build. You know how to make yourself attractive even if you "aren't the best". This goes for Venus-Mars and Venus on the Ascendant as well. People can see your elegance. But this aspect alone wouldn't technically make you "good looking" but pleasing.

Sorry for the superficial topic I've read a lot of articles on this and this is my own research I've gathered from it. So Recap:

Sun on Mars or Ascendant - Hot. Glowing. Alive. Lion or lioness looking. Smooth skin. Blonde or Pitch-black hair. Father like.

Moon on Mars or Ascendant - Typically more cute than "hot". Bubbly, child like. Not taken serious. Defensive. Not so much smooth skin as soft skin. Pale and round. You just want to treat them like their your family for good or bad.

Neptune on Mars or Ascendant - Hippy-like. Confused looking. Lost in the sauce. You look really ******* talented and high at the same time. Ethereal and unrecognizable. Sympathetic appearance. People can't help but to feel sorry for you. Another aspect big on entertainers, mainly musicians.

I met someone with a super tight Neptune-Mars conjuction.. Honestly if you could see him he is an ok looking guy, nothing really special appearance wise. The sensuality this man emits though.. OH MY GOD! Hypnotizing I think it's the best word to describe it. This man is so not trying to be sensual, it is just so natural, even the way he breaths is sensual..
He is not even aware of how sensual he is.
I've met people with Mars/Neptune sextile/trines and I don't get that vibe
I am wondering if it is because the aspect is so strong (0 orbs) and Mars is in Capricorn exalted (earth = sensual, calm)
I think this wouldn't apply to a woman though.. but Venus-Neptune would have the similar effect maybe?

I've met a lot of Scorpio Mars guys (also Scorpio Sun and Mercury) both conjuct Pluto & not conjuct Pluto. They are sexy in a more "in your face" but without being loud way.
They are sexy not sensual and they seem to know it I can sense it in their eyes.
Nothing compares to the Neptune conjuct Mars though.. seriously..

I have Venus, Mars and Jupiter all square Pluto. Neptune and Uranus opposite ASC and Sun. Sun conjuct ASC.
At first people get the Neptune Uranus vibe. They think I am lost (and although it sounds bad they mean in as a compliment if that makes sense) and they tend to think I am from another country. Also the glamour factor is real with the Neptune but once they meet me they get Scorpio vibes generally except of my eyes. I have Moon in Pisces so I guess that's why my eyes still have that Neptune like look according to the way others describe my eyes.

I do have a Venus sextile Mars in Natal though... .
