Then why are some men attracted to their Mars sign? For example if the males Venus sign indicates that he is attracted to slim women with no breasts. But his Mars sign indicates that the opposite. Why are some of them attracted to their Mars sign?

Hmm I find that men are more attracted to their moon and what aspects it, as well as the House their moon is in. Meanwhile Venus is how they act in relationships.

Personally, I've never seen men attracted to their Moon sign if I'm being quite honest. It is always their Venus and Mars that has been noted.

From what I have seen, they prefer a woman who LOOKS like their Venus/looks nice paired with their Venus and has the personality/background/ambition of their Mars.

The Moon in a male's chart is perhaps what he wants his female partner to treat herself like. So if he has a Virgo moon, he would like her to be very clean and take care of skin and body and have no messy rooms in her home, etc....If he has a Pisces moon, he might like a woman who loves to glamourize herself and make herself feel dainty and protected under his guard.

If his VENUS is in Pisces, he would like her to look like a model or a A-list celebrity. If he VENUS is in Libra, he would like her to look like a dignified member of society with the physical grace of a model. If MARS is in Pisces, he would want her to have passion for the arts and humanity; to feel something for her fellow man. If MARS is in Gemini, he would want her to be thoughtful and quick in her wits; someone who can always tell you exactly how it is when it is necessary.

That's just what I have seen in a few charts. I obviously have never examined every man in the world so I can't say for sure that's true for everybody.

Mars in Libra.

Though I don't like fat girls but I don't like flat chest either.

I read that a man who has Venus in Gemini would want a woman who's slim, athletic with small breasts. But I'm neither one of these things. Which is why I'm wondering if sometimes men are attracted to women who identify with their Mars sign. Or if it's something else because I don't fit the description of the guys Venus sign.
I do fit the description of their Mars sign. It could be because my Mars is in the same sign as their Venus though.

Plain and simple, Mars only describes the physical appearance and vibe that a man is attracted to. Venus describes what a man is attracted to personality-wise and the kind of aesthetic she has.

For example, my boyfriend has Venus in Gemini. He is attracted to women who are interesting and fun to talk to. He also likes them independent and carefree, and maybe have a more open approach to relationships. He has Mars in Cancer. He is attracted to women who have an agreeable vibe—very soft and feminine. He likes his women who have conventional views when it comes to sex. He loves a motherly-looking woman.

I really don't know why there is so much hype on the internet about a man's moon and Venus sign in regards to compatability. There's is a strong drive with their Mars placements as well. So the man I am seeing is a cancer Mars. I have a cancer ascendant. There is an affinity there. His moon and Venus are in aries and I am aries sun. It is the whole picture and
Never one placement. Ever.

That is why it is so important to try and wrap your head around all of the energy that is being transmitted from one person to another...one prounouced aspect will never do. And our jobs as astrologers is to explore the bigger picture, and that can be taxing. But, it will give a clearer perspective on The relationship overall.

im attracted to my Venus sign

Venus in Cap conjunct Nep/Uranus sextile Pluto in 3rd

I LOVE Cappy girls. I'm not afraid to admit a classy, sophisticated lady makes me hot. I get along very well with them. I even like their shrewdness and stuck-up attitude. I literally want to bang it out of them and put em their place.

Also very attracted to hippy girls (Venus-Nep conjunction/Pisces Sun) who exude femininity. I am a sap for them. My Venus-Uranus makes me fond of crazy, unstable chicks as well. I enjoy being around "weird" chicks, the ones who stand out and have a don't give a **** motto.

Overall I am definitely attracted to my Venus sign as a man, I love a witty, intelligent, independent, practical and spiritual girl. Never been into super clingy chicks or the cheerleader types. Just down to earth types. Being into the occult is a bonus.

I don't know why I attract men who have Venus in Gemini. I assume it's my Mars in Gemini? When you say a woman who has a more open approach to relationships. Do you mean women who are ok with open relationships etc? How can one be into open relationships but have conventional views when it comes to sex? I'm not complaining because I like having space and freedom in regards to relationships.

My ex and my husband have Venus in Gemini. I don't have small breasts, so don't worry about it. but it's not too big either. It's naturally firm and proportional to my body type.

What you need to worry about is how to keep this venus interested in you after next meeting and next meeting and next meeting.

Yes, that’s what I mean. I find that Venus in Gemini loves a carefree relationship. Such men don’t like controlling or possessive women. They are the type to just boogie when people try to restrict them. One thing my bf has always said is that he stuck with me because unlike most girls, I don’t expect a lot from him (like how some girls want to be texted every minute). It’s not just open relationships, it’s also unrestrictive relationships. Venus in Gemini can be quite committed if they are given the freedom to be their own person. My bf used to be polyamorous and his reasoning was because it was like dating one perfect girl but different faces (so f*cked up, I know).

You CAN have conventional views with sex but not be conventional in relationships and vice versa. My boyfriend might like having a breathable relationships, but he is not that attracted to women who are very open about their sexuality. That Mars in Cancer really looks for a connection. One thing he’s told me is that he used to make a lot of women fall in love because the sex is better when charged with emotion (he is not wrong). He could’ve just literally straight up sleep with women without making them fall in love, but he didn’t. He also said he used to “hunt” virgins in high school. It’s a very toxic combination tbh, when the native is not mature enough to handle both energies.

I’m the exact opposite of him. I’m very conventional when it comes to relationships because I have Venus in Virgo. I could never understand polyamory or open relationships or people who jump from one relationship to another. I always knew what I wanted but it had its downsides as well. I didn’t start really dating until I met my bf. With sex, I am more open about it, having Mars in Libra. He was weirded out when slept with 4 other people before him. My biggest fantasies involved 2 other people and he just gave me the craziest look when I told him about it. We are so different sexually but I guess that’s a good thing. I never would have thought some men were into angels in bed.

To put it simply, my Mars connects with his Venus and his Mars connects with my Venus. It works out.

I found out that men weren’t just simply attracted to their Venus but also their Mars. It makes sense since they’re both sexual planets. If you wanna study it, check the other men you know in your life and figure out what they like both romantically and sexually. It will most likely match up.

This is what I think fits my husband:

He acts like a Pisces Venus in our relationship ( I have issues with this...ummm...”no boundaries thing..)
He wants me to act like his Taurus Moon (that’s ok, I have a Taurus SN, Jupiter, MC)
His Cap Mars attracted/was attracted to my Cap Moon (self explanatory BUT, can also be volatile if immature steps are taken especially since I have a Libra Pluto)

Yeah I've read that men who have Mars in Cancer likes to have an emotional connection in order to have sex. That's a problem for me as I've never been in love before. Even with my boyfriend of 9 years I wasn't in love just comfortable. I don't like showing my emotions either. I know Venus in the 8th house can make a person possessive. (I have this placement in my natal chart). It only really happens if someone's Pluto touches my Venus because it's in my 8th house. Or if they touch my 8th house is some way. A lot of people say I'm detached which is true. I have Venus square Uranus and my Venus is in Pisces. I like to have space in regards to relationships. I don't want anything serious with him though. Just a friends with benefits kind of thing. His Mars is in Cancer and my Venus is in Pisces. And my Mars is in Gemini and his Venus is in Gemini. So I guess that's the compatibility. Funny you mentioned that your guy said he use to hunt virgins in high school. Because when I told this guy I haven't been with a guy before. He asked me was a Virgin and I told him yes lol.

I don't think I need to have an emotional connection for sex. So I guess I should avoid men who have Mars in Cancer. Forming an emotional connection takes time most men don't need one.

Most people think that love or attraction has to feel "urgent" to be real. It has to sweep them off their feet etc.

If Moon is in aspect with Mars/Plu/Ura feeling lust rules. Sex is ALWAYS on their mind.

This means that the Moon rules attractions And they usually hope to domesticate the person they are attracted to. Emotionally attached and start relationships quickly. But quick to end them too.

If Mercury is in aspect to Mars,Uran/Pluto A partner that is mentally sharp can be very attractive. Sparks fly mentally.

Venus in aspect to Mars/Uran/Pluto makes Venus the ruler of attractions. Physical looks are important. Or at-least someone who looks like they care about about their appearance.

Uranus/Mars insists on excitement. Not too "looks" oriented. Loves novelty.

Mars/Pluto loves the risqué. Not "looks" oriented either. But sexy is "edgy".

Mars is pulse. We often want 2 feel "alive". Mars has to be considered in all attractions IMO.

You can check the following:

1. Is your Asc in Gemini?
2. Is your Asc ruler in Gemini?
3. Is your Asc ruler in the third house?
3. Is your Venus in your natal third house?
4. Is your Venus in aspect with Mercury?
5. Is your Asc ruler in aspect with Mercury?

Even your nick points to a Gemini Venus, haha.

I didn't see your comment.
I would say that if someone has planets in 5th/7th H then he will be attracted to those signs no matter the signs of Moon/Venus/Mars

That's what happens to me.
I have ASC Sun and Mercury in Cancer
Pisces Moon
Leo Venus, Mars and Jup.
I am always attracted to a mix of Scorpio and Capricorn and if it's a bit of Aqua in that mix then I am dead.. (5th H scorpio with Pluto in it, 7th H Capricorn cusp conjuct Neptune and Uranus, NN, Lilith and Juno in it, 8th H Aqua with Saturn in it.)
Venus in Capricorn is a must! All men that I have been attracted to have Capricorn Venus conjuct Saturn Uranus and Neptune woth Saturn being the tightest one.
I don't know tob of all of them but my planets fall in their 5th and 7th H too at least it's true for the ones I know.
My Venus Mars and Jupiter are almost unaspected or even making inconjuctions with theirs and yet we have similar tastes etc while with others that they have planets in fire signs in trine or conjuction to my Venus and Mars we have NOTHING in common. I am goong to open a thread about this one at some point. I've been thinking about it for some months now. I am checking different natal charts im order to see what's the culprit
