I have noticed that the following signs tend to have very prejudiced/unwavering views on certain political and societal topics:
Cancer, Virgo, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Pisces.

I think Leos can be a bit obnoxious but because of their natural opposition to Aquarius I have found that they are some of the least racist people I have ever met, they are very open minded which is shocking to me. All the other signs I have not mentioned also seem to be the least racist/least prone to holding harmful prejudices imo.

I don't think you can find that kind of racism in the chart.

If I were to look for it then it would be looking for a strong tendency to bitterness and revenge (which would then combine with life experiences to manifest as the kind of racism you describe) or to extreme loyalty to one's own tribe which can manifest as the dark side of patriotism (promoting one's own family, nation, church, and/or race and such in all sorts of ways at the deliberate expense of others--but I did know one who switched from being an unkind bigot to full on "social justice warrior" in the 1970s after a black man saved his life, which changed his attitude and only deepened as his racist family scorned him causing him to retreat further from his previous tribe to replace it with another). The "cold and indifferent" would be because of bitterness or otherwise seeing the ones they're cold to as the enemy (and would expect to be treated the same if the situation was reversed, which is why they fight against it being reversed, very much a "do onto them before they can do onto me and mine").

As for taking pleasure in "not keeping an open mind" (as opposed to rationalizing unjust behavior and attitudes or confirmation bias), that sounds more fixed and with traditions. There are people who believe that "faith over reason" is some kind of virtue, and actually see it as a sign of good character that they reject evidence that would contradict their faith (not necessarily religious, mind you, and is often political oriented), and can even brag of their ignorance of other matters as if knowing things contrary to one's own faith somehow taints them. Again, it's not really racist, but it can easily manifest as such if raised in a racist society (or family, cult, etc), just as it could manifest in other ways as well.

I find people with strong fixed energy i.e lots of succedent placements or fixed signs-to be inflexible. They prefer to stick to "what is".

Luckily we have Neptune,Pluto and Uranus that respectively dismantle long held beliefs that are superficial by challenging them by bringing real life experiences.

I fear places such as Russia ,Germany and other European countries because I am black. And they are not that kind to our sort.

My fear was triggered by Saturn in 9th. And its hard for me to get over that. So I am very protective of self and Africans.

ANY sign projecting their shadow into a racial, ethnic, or socio-economic group. segregation is the result of projection of the negative shadow into others. any sign projects. the content of projection? than, that could be more or less defined by the chart, but projection is the father of segregation.

The most racist person I ever met was a triple aqua man (aqua sun, moon and rising). Any sign/aspect/placement can definitely be racist. Racism has everything to do with upbringing and their early environment. Anyone is capable of racism and I don't think it can be spotted in the chart like someone's level of attractiveness, tendency to be a chatterbox, intelligence, etc.
