Sometimes we can project parental expectations to people we love. And some of these(majority of the time) are implicit. We just expect people to "know" how to treat us.

Leo,Cancer,Scorpio,Pisces,Aries Sun/Moon Venus can suffer great heartache when their broad stroke approach to friendship, love and commitment etc. Is not respected or "defiled" in some way.

The "walking on egg shells" is also something very familiar with Cancer. And so someone with the combo Leo/Cancer can be very touchy and sensitive.

I myself had a fallout with my high school friend (Leo /Cap Moon). I felt he didn't care for me. But in retrospect, I realise that we didn't take enough time to really get to know each other.

The balance between being a friend and being a parent is a fine line. Communication can save a relationship from stand offs and eruptions.

A friendship( even if platonic) IS a relationship. There is no difference.
IME. It needs to be nurtured and maintained and perhaps that is why Saturn is also the co-ruler of Aqua(friendships)?

As Saturn rules the basic nature of an alliance (Saturn). As as it gets older and evolves, it starts to have more maintenance requirements and issues.

Auch capri moon, yes they are hard to read! I can only imagine how hurt you must have felt!
My friend has capri mars-libra venus, he alternates so much between those :/. But having saturn-moon-venus, I thought I was seeing that through him well, but I guess I was wrong.

Yes Areis23 those are exactly the things I have thought about for the past year.

Seing how my relationship with my 2 guy friends changed overtime, and I thought so much about "what em I doing wrong?". I have been into the "attachment theory" in relationship for years but for some reason I was totally blind to my and their behaviour patterns for a long time.

It is as you say, friendship or love, its all the same, its relationships. Even a friendship is like a flower/plant. If you do not nurture it, water it and give it sunlight, it will die! Now some needs less nurturing and water then others but they all need nurturing.

It really frustrated me, how we at first had a "honeymoon phase". The phase we all are oh so polite to each other. Then we start to have expectations and the negative spirals begin.

It was not until April this year I started to think as you said "I have to tell them this and that made me feel this and that, so they can understand how sensetive I am, and how I want to be treated etc". They being guys, either did not get it, or they did not wanna try to, whatever.

They were bad at giving emotional support.
Now in retrosprect I know exactly what I did wrong, but yeah they did lots of things wrong aswell :/

But one thing that really gets to me is how my aqua/leo guy seemed to drift away bc he felt I had expectations on him as a friend.
I trusted his libra side, and him being an empath, it was like he understood me without me needing to say anything. But I guess I did not know him well at all :/. Him being caring and warm and being moody and capri/aqua cold really confused me :/

Libra can certainly act polite. But note also that there is a reason why Saturn is exalted in Libra.

Look at Ivanka Trump-tons of Libra in her chart incl Sat in Libra. And she seems COLD to me. So Libra is NOT warm- its just skilled in APPEARING that way.

I actually am thinking of my ex who also also had Mars,Sat,Jup,Plut in Libra. He is not cold. But he ain't relatable (ironically)

Yes I know what you mean by that libra coldness. I think Libra energy is like a soothing summer breeze a wam summer day, just caressing your face with its draft.

But it can get too cold too fast. I had written this in my journal when I met him for the first time last year spring " Met my new group mates, one of them surely must have a libra placement. He is very smily and polite. Very attentive almost flirting but I'm sure its just libra energy. And I won't be fooled by that, I'm sure he is nothing like libra deep down. He seems so insincere, typical libra. I'm sure he is dark as hell inside".

Ahaha I just wish I'd trusted my first gut feeling about him! I have so much unluck with libras and they always pop up in my life! My aries side dislikes their insincere bs so much!

But why is that? I mean, do libras themselves feel they are acting insincere? I think my guy did. Also when he got comfy with me, and his other planets came in one would see the how he changed so clearly. Like we would sit and work on something at the library, him and I and our other friend. He may have been grumpy all morning, but if someone came up to us, like one other classmate etc guy or girl didn't matter, he would shine up just like that! (leo sun) and be all libra and polite. Like he was putting on a mask?!. And when that person went away he would take that libra mask of just like that!

He could even give certain guy friends bear hugs and be all buubly just like that. And calm down when the person went away.

I think you meant Ivanka in that post. Because Melania seems more timid than cold. It could be her Pisces NN that makes her appear like a deer caught in headlights. I don't know.

Melania has a strong earth chart-Taurus energy in particular (Material girl). And this could make her long for a simple but plush life.

But back to Libra.

I think Libra fears not being liked. Or at least not being supported. So they can channel whatever needs to be channelled towards that end.

i am an Aries, so let me chime in on the Aries chat from the beginning of the thread...
we def react quickly and take a stand( for the better or worse), but forgive just as fast.
i can have an argument and blow up, and after i have said my peace, i m fine 30 mins later!!
