You can have an excellent make out session without using the tongue. I don't have an obsession with the tongue personally. hahahaha I really do feel is the soul and passion you put into it. I think is just personal preference and synastry like I said earlier before  TBF I have only kissed one libra; Maybe if I kiss 10 libras I would have a totally different view..since every chart is unique.
