What’s your 9th house placement? Because that’s our higher mind and it’s also what we learn about and travel and our knowledge etc so since we are all Astrology lovers we must share a smililar 9th house placement, no??I for one have Uranus in the 9th which screams Astrology or computer/technology sci-fi lover IP: Logged |

Omg yes! I have venus (sun ruler)-jup in 8th and well you are right as usual<3 I have Sun and Mercury in my 9th Taurus. I'm a late bloomer when it comes to education in general and University particulaarly, only bc I had obstacles. Begun uni at the age of 29 . Environmental science, true to my taurus sun aspecting uranus Travel, not so much sadly :/ But I read, and this is important, if one has 9th in a fixed sign, it may mean one does not "move" around that much :/. Also thise past couple of years, I have minor anxiety when I have to leave my home to travel. I both love travel, but also I really prefer to sleep in my own bed at the end of the day. And I want my breakfast routines at home. Other then that, yay travel! I was on a 3 day trip this month and it was awesome! IP: Logged |

My friend, he has Uranus (asc ruler) in 9th to. And he is very reluctant to traveling. He said he wants his routines. LIke going to his gym. Being at home etc. He travels every few years but he does not crave it at all. But he also has saturn here, so well thats maybe why then? Are you religious? This guy has never thought about god and afterlife etc. He can talk about it,, he actually likes sharing his thoughts about various stuff, can be bc of my moon smack on his IC or libra venus but, well he just does not seem bright or deep enough imo when it comes to spiritual stuff or maybe he hides it well dunno. I do not judge though its just curious to me^^ IP: Logged |

Sorry this was not about travel and education. Yes I have been into astrology, since I was 7 years old. First interest about zodiac signs. Then I read my first proper astrology book when I was 12. Then I got deeper in it when I was 18 and so forth... As said, Sun and Mercury in 9th. And Uranus aspecting both from 4th. Also stellium in 8th house. I have always been fashionated by astrology, psycology, quantum physics, the things we can not see with our eyes. Religioun and a love for god^^ IP: Logged |

I used to be religious. Now? I don't know. I am...meh... Anyways back to you, Uranus in 9th could also mean travelling to countries that are outside the "norm". So instead of big Paris (cliché) for the honeymoon, you opt for Namibia. Uranus in 9th may also not have any interest in conventional religion or subsequent " afterlife " and "saints" stuff. Too cliche. Instead, Scientology may appeal(I suspect Tom Cruise to have Uranus either in 9th/3rd or 12th). Or even the existence of extra terrestrial life forms. With Saturn in 9th,travelling with " purpose " is the reason for travelling at all. So this is someone who will go to Brazil-if it means buying exotic trees and bringing them back home(if not illegal) for commercial reasons. They may decide to indulge in a little fun whilst there. But that is not the objective and will NEVER override it.

Yeah he did say he had thought about for ex ones soul being rebirth into some animal, but that after some thought he did not believe in it. So certainly he has thought outside the norm for sure, or well its outside the norm imo haha! Omg Brazil is exactly where he was at 2014! . Hmm with purpose yes of course with saturn there! Btw I dislike the cliche Paris and alike aswell haha! Been there, just meh.. Its all just a marketing thing paris=city of love :/. For me, all the cities= love as long as my love is with me^^ Omg Tom Cruise one of my most fav actors, bc he is so versatile and has this vulnurable facial expressions in sad scenes. I just wanna hug him in scenes where he cries as in Mission impossible 3 "Give me the rabbit foot!" scene But yeah too bad he is cray cray :/

Mercury, Venus, Mars in 9th. Ideas, ideals, and a tendency to get fully engaged (ego) with the operating philosophies and larger goings-on in the world.Mercury-Venus trine to Pluto in 1st. Mars exactly trine Uranus in 1st. So I tend to feel it personally, have to control my news intake. ------------------ "Drift like a cloud and flow like water, seeing that all life is a magnificent illusion, a playing of energy, and there is absolutely nothing fundamentally to be afraid of." -- Alan Watts Soul Stars Astrology by The Declinations Guy Expert Rectification IP: Logged |

My 9th house is empty except for my North Node in Capricorn, but it is far toward the edge of the house conjuncting my Midheaven, probably making it more 10th house related. However, my 9th house is in Sagittarius though. I still have an interest in traveling abroad and perhaps living overseas for a time too. I also have interests in certain religious philosophies, mostly eastern thought and pagan belief systems. I think the 12th house may influence this a bit in my chart as well, having it in Aquarius with my Moon in Pisces there. IP: Logged |

I have Virgo Sun/Mercury/Mars all in 9th.I LOVE to travel. And while life circumstances don't allow me to travel often, pretty much the only thing that keeps me going is "planning my next trip". Even if it's only in my head. quote: Originally posted by Aries23Degrees: sometimes Tue love of astrology can also be indicated by Jupiter/Venus in 8th i.e" love of esoteric things and "what lies beneath".
I have Venus in 8th, so this makes sense to me. IP: Logged |

My 3rd-9th axis is intercepted. My 9th house is ruled by Cancer. Leo and Aquarius are the signs that don't rule any houses in my chart. Leo is in my 9th house but not ruling it yet there isn't much of anything significant going on in my 9th house to begin with. My 9th house has Chiron in it. Chiron's placement by itself doesn't tell me much though and there are no planets there. I feel like my 9th house is dead yet that's not necessarily true in practice. I've done a fair amount of traveling, I have taken college courses, and I'm a very, very spiritual person. Cancer is ruled by the Moon. The house position for my Moon is the 8th house. There's probably more to the 9th house that I haven't considered, but overall, I don't feel like my 9th house is that active compared to other houses. IP: Logged |

Empty Gemini 9th but mercury is in water Pisces. I think I'm into astrology because my mars operates in the 8th house of everything that is hidden and mysterious. ------------------ “When a person really desires something, all the universe conspires to help that person to realize his dream.” -The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho Ares IP: Logged |

I have Saturn in Capricorn in my 9th house. Travel wise, traveling to foreign countries has not really been in my stars. Only time I left the states, was a trip to Canada. I am wondering if I’ll travel across the ocean more after my Saturn return. Capricorn’s are very goal oriented. A spiritual outlet for me is law of attraction. IP: Logged |

You're on to something here. I have Aquarius ruling my 9th house and Jupiter in Aquarius there too. My Jupiter is both trine my ASC and Mars in the 5th. Jupiter is also my 7th house ruler. I don't know if I can ever have a partner that I can't exchange unconventional ideas with. IP: Logged |

Also, to add, I have Uranus in Aqua in the 8th. Definitely points to the occult and mysticism. Even if I don't have Uranus in the 9th.IP: Logged |

I have Jupiter in 9H Pisces (placidus) with Mercury in pisces (10H). I have fascination with the universe and how everything is connected in some ways. I like the idea we are connected to the planets, people -- the energy level. IP: Logged |
