One thing I've learned is how important the Mars squares are in my chart and in particular the semi-square. My Mars in nice stable, grounded Taurus is square my Sun-Jupiter (which gives me a quick temper) and it's also semi-square my Moon.

The latter I didn't really become aware of properly until recently. I think perhaps I needed to be in a close relationship to really see it, as my Mars rules and is in my 7th House.

I've really noticed the transits from Saturn and Chiron in the last two years, triggering this Moon-Mars semi-square and bringing awareness of latent anger. It just goes to show how the ego is clever enough to hide certain aspects of ourselves.

The ego seems to be very keen to convince our consciousness that we are 'in the right' when in fact, we are simply seeing only one side of a situation rather too vividly.

Do any of you have Mars aspects that you have become more aware of on your journey? Any others out there with semi-squares hiding their motivations for years? ;-)
