As all writers, I'm already looking ahead to the eclipses in January 2019 and have written a piece outlining the charts and expected impact of these rather intense looking Moon phases.

Believe me they are BIIIIIG!! They link very neatly into the build up of Saturn and Pluto being conjunct, exact early 2020 but close all year.

where do the eclipse points fall in your chart? Have you felt any effects already?

I was officially made redundant from my job this month, after 5.5 years working there. When I saw the eclipse coming up I knew it would happen, even though I was the least logical person to shed (cheapest and most efficient and knowledgeable).

Interestingly I am free to start a new job on Monday 21st January! Talk about timing eh! Obviously Uranus being square made this double predicable, along with Saturn opposite my Moon (ruler of my IC and MC) earlier in the year 3 times.

Divine timing then I suppose...!

I guess it will trigger his Ascendant but unless there are other planets making other aspects it will probably effect his personal life, more than the political arena.

I like it that you use London's chart, as it is very close to my own! I can 'see' the places that affect my chart much more easily.

{My Saggi Ascendant is 11.30. I have interceptions in the 3rd and 9th {interc Pisces/Virgo}, which 'shift' my chart (sometimes) into more of a Capricorn Asc. My Equatorial ASC is Cap 2+.
I'll have tJupiter ON my Ascendant for the New Year imprint}

I'm no expert on Nessus... I've read about the negative connotations but I haven't reached the point where I can speak from experience.

I am a 'feeling' astrologer, so can only go by what I feel in my gut and so far I've not got a handle on that for Nessus.

Juno I feel though, I really can see how the aspects show up in very strongly committed and devoted relationships. In my own chart with Juno and Eros conjunct my Venus closely it took a while to single out the expressions but Juno really does link up in a way which signifies true love.

As always an eclipse shakes things up and nobody really can tell how that will pan out! That's the beauty, mystery and feeling of trepidation which goes with the territory.

I remember a gal having a solar eclipse on her Sun and it being a rapid romance which led to marriage in just 6 months. I've seen the opposite kind of effect, where the changes feel destructive and more like the Tower in tarot.

Eclipse opposite Juno could be new love, it could be dismay with, or dissolution of a relationship or it could be a complete change in ones attitude and approach to love. You can tell more from a chart but you can't be sure.

Last year a friend of mine died in a motorbike crash, there wasn't very much going on in his chart, but there was an eclipse conjunct his Jupiter and the accident was caused by excess and *entirely* avoidable :'( The eclipse brought out too much Jupiter, the death was not inevitable...

The Eclipse was also conjunct my Jupiter and Sun... I felt the loss of him. His wife felt an infinite amount more. The point is eclipses can be dramatic, they can be wonderful, they can be terrible but knowledge IS power. It is good to pay heed to them so as to not act upon the emotionally overwhelming energy of them, rather to just ride the storm and stay safe. ♥

Eclipses are very unpredictable, they can mean endings just as much as beginnings, irregardless of whether they are new moons or full moons (though obviously new moons are more likely to be beginnings and vice-versa).

I am sorry to hear that you are going through the pain of a break-up though, I can feel that you're definitely not in a position to meet somebody new at this point and I would like this to be reconciliation. On the basis that this relationship is one in which you feel you can grow and be loved and supported.
I would guess that your ex had points triggered by the eclipses also. The main question to ask yourself here is whether this relationship serves the future you? Could you thrive if you were to reunite? Or are you holding on to something because of beautiful memories and moments which you would like to go back to, but have, in fact, grown beyond now?

The following day however I felt like a weight had been removed from my shoulders. As if something that had been worrying me, blocking me, causing me stress just dissipated in a matter of hours!

I truly did not expect it to feel so much like an extra powerful new moon, but it's fair to say that's exactly what if felt like!! ♥

For me it was in the 3rd house, trine my 7th House Mars and definitely my feelings and thoughts on my relationship became much happier and more optimistic. As if I was only just free of Saturn opposite my Moon (which passed a few months ago now!)

I have mercury in virgo at 17 degrees so this eclipse trined my mercury which rules my 7th (which squares my Nodes, is retro and intercepted in my 9th, I have virgo intercepted just like my husband) and this business is a partnership with my husband and is more for him but I am a part of it and help a lot with the communication piece and marketing piece among other things, its interestingly a 6th house themed business, he has virgo intercepted in his 5th house with jupiter there.

Hi Angel4845,

Do you use your return charts as markers? If you are somebody who records your Venus return chart every year and uses it, then I would probably not regard it to be an eclipse chart, no.

I would recognise that there is an eclipse featuring transiting Venus conjunct your Venus. However, it's the degree of the eclipse which makes events of this sort powerful and in this case the square to Uranus which will make it auspicious!

The total lunar eclipse on 21 January 2019 at 00°51 Leo will conjunct exact my ANGEL and also my Eros in Leo at 1d. My ANGEL is exact on my husband's IC so this eclipse should continue to protect us both in our journey towards success and finally moving forward in this new phase of our lives.

Congratulations on the business by the way, it's not an easy time of year to start up, but that doesn't matter if the planets coincide.

Very interesting that this eclipse coming up is conjunct your husband's IC. I'm sorry I've never studied Angel to know enough about it, although I'm sure that's a nice connection in a marriage :-)

As for him, the swing towards working from home seems indicated here. Changes at home, but in a great way since you are choosing them and may wish to adapt some of the layout of your home to accommodate the business expanding.

I think it all bodes well. Good luck with the eclipse vibe. The downside to this one is the square to Uranus, now I love Uranus but this will turn out to be tricky politically and for those who don't wish for any upheaval in their lives.

This eclipse is on my MC but I've already felt most of it hopefully; with a forced job change and a lot of work towards trying to go self employed myself by the end of the year.

It will activate, my natal Sun and Mercury in Taurus I believe. And natal Pluto.

I just today said farewell to my two university friends. They are guys. We have been friends for 2 years.

For me letting go and to think that we will never do projects together, study to exams together, have lunch etc, is very hard. I have huge anxiety right now.

Its so much harder since, for them people come and people go. They don't feel as strong as I do. If so, they don't show it. They are pragmatic.

They are like, "yeah we will meet up from time to time".

But I'm plutonic and saturnian too! If they are not gonna hold on really hard and take this very seriously, I have to sever the ties completely... I'm so dramatic..

I would not get this affected if i were not single, and if not my nearest bestest friends were not living far away in Germany . Sometimes, I'm scared I will get crazy for real, being friendless in this cold hearted scandinavian country

Anyways, so the eclipse is in my intercepted 11th. Saying bye to two friends I have spent almost 2 years of my life with.

Well thanks for replying.

WE started the business around Thanksgiving and it did really well in December but on New year's we registered it on Google and just today I made a Facebook page for it, during the start of the year we decided to make it official we were going to do this for real and try to make it a long term ongoing thing...

January has definitely been slower than December but we did make some money and I am hoping to still get some more movement before the month ends hopefully.

I'm finding the same to be honest re: January. I don't think people really go out of their way to look at anything which costs money this month (apparently people still celebrate and spend a lot of money at Xmas haha!)

Just keep going. They say it takes 2 years to build a profitable business, the key is to be reliable and consistent. Good customer service is *everything* and word of mouth is always the best form of marketing.

I personally am looking forward to Uranus in Taurus from 7th March. I've written a piece about it but want to get it published with a wider circulation so I won't share it on my blog yet. Either way Taurus IS the money sign, so Uranus there is a bonus for astrologers generally ;-) and for those who understand what Uranus will do to 'shake up' the mass perception of transaction.
