I'm sorry to hear you've parted with your friends, that's rough. It must be a tough time for you....especially at this time of year. Heck it's dark enough in the UK, I know Scandinavia doesn't have many hours of light in the winter :-(

Do you have to stay there? There are options perhaps? Maybe you could move somewhere more lively.

Meeting up with friends who live a long way away will only ever be from time to time. That's realistic. If you want to 'hold on' to them you may have follow them ;-)

Seriously though, it's not worth pushing people away because they are less intense. Imagine if all your friends were just like you? It would become so dull....we all need different vibrations, folk who shake us out of our ruts, help us grow and branch out into other areas of life and into different mindsets. The fact that they're not the same is *great*!! Please don't cut them out for not behaving the same way as you...

Sending reiki for the anxiety. Get yourself as much Vitamin D as you can! Anxiety is certainly not aided by any vitamin depletion or depression. Yoga too, it will help your mind.
